So chuffed now we've ordered our new sofa. Ajay was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, never pushy, left us to browse on our own, even offered us a coffee, how lovely. Anita was also very pleasant and helpful whilst sorting the payment and delivery. Very nice staff. All in all, a trip well spent and enjoyable.

Early delivery from Steve & Damianos, 2 sofas all delivered and put together quick, they cleared all the packaging, professional service overall

Sarb the salesman and Ajay the store manager, were very professional, knowledgeable and polite the whole time they dealt with us. We wanted corner leather sofas, and after I told them the room measurements. They showed some sofas that would work, and recommended that we didn't put them in front of radiators. As this would ruin the leather over time. So we chose a 3 seater and 2 seater leather sofa in the end. Ajay the manager gave us a discount as well, which were we absolutely delighted and thankful for. Ajay and Sarb said any problems let us know. They were fantastic from start to finish. I would recommend ScS to anyone.

What made my visits a good experience was that the staff, whilst courteous and professional, were not pushy. I was able to browse the store, try the chairs and get a feel for what I needed. When I indicated to the staff that I was ready to talk to them a lovely young lady called Laura came over and sat down with me. The store manager AJ also took an interest in our conversation and Matt was always there hovering in case he was needed. I was taken through all the options including finance, delivery and the fabric I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and the manager even made me a cup of coffee - how's that for service!

The two delivery people were superb. Nick and Steve couldn’t be more helpful. They unpacked it and set it up to a high standard. They were careful
negotiating the sofa bed upstairs and worked flawlessly to set it up and clear any packaging away. Nick and Steve are a credit to your company. Communication was superb and contacted us in advance with a time slot, which was duly met. Thanks again guys!

Nick and Steve were great delivering our sofa bed. I had emails regarding delivery the day before and on the day. They also called me to advise the expected arrival time on the day. Our doorway and stairs were narrow so they carefully removed the packaging, delivered the sofa bed to our room of choice and then assembled it.
They removed all the rubbish and were polite, funny and professional. Thank you guys, we're really pleased with our lovely sofa bed.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly, nice store where you are left alone to browse, visited 3 times before making my purchase and no pressure salespeople whilst they are there to help when needed.Lovely just how it should be.

To see true reviews check google where they cannot pay Trustpilot to remove reviews. Currently the store I am on about is 3.2 stars on Google which seems more realistic taking look at my and other people's experiences.

I can't believe these reviews as I don't believe in miracles. Years ago I bought a leather recliner chair from them. I kept waiting for ages for it to arrive and was ready to cancel order and get refunded. They refused that and told me the small print say they have "90 days" to deliver it. It was years back so I don't remember and I am sure scs will try to do something shady and remove this review.

The chair arrived very last day. You can tell this was made in China due to length of wait. They only order to produce a chair once they have the funds first. The quality of chair was poor. You can feel wood/metal frame when touching the back of chair. It is not sturdy at all. Underneath, under the thin metal frame that makes me think this chair will collapse any moment, I have noticed the thin wood parts which were full of dust, disgusting. So no I do not believe positive reviews and would never buy from SCS Sofas.
Also technician was called in past as chair was unstable and this guy basically said all good no issues.

Edit - I found this message sent to them I cannot believe I let them get away with this. They did dirty trick to confuse me and not allow me to get refunded and collect unwanted item which was breaking the law.

"Today, I have recieved a product that I am not satisfied with. I would like to close my account and to get my 100 pound deposit back. I am not using the reclaining chair and it waits to be taken back. I am unable to contact you and you give me 72 hours to make this claim so I am writing now to have a proof that I was trying to contact your customer phone line.

Under Sale of Goods Act 1979, the product should be as described in store. I agreed to pay for the brand new product and I am unhappy with the quality and stains and dust underneath of the chair.

I would like to get a refund of my 100 pound deposit that I have paid and also to close any agreement with your and direct debit company."
