On October 8th I ordered a Veritas keypad number membrane.As yet I have heard nothing from you so I sent an E-mail to you today Oct.20th and have had no reply. I either require a refund and I will go elsewhere or a response to my E- mail of today. I have never had such bad service from anyone i have dealt with and will not be using your (lack of) service again. If i had been able to I would have given you NO stars but I had to tick 1 or i could not write a review

Used this company in the past with no issues, sadly they no longer seem to be able to answer the phone or reply to messages.
My items were ordered a month ago and they are still saying they are awaiting a date from the supplier although the manufacturer assures me there is no delay in fulfilling order their end.
Beware!

Not a great experience. I ordered parts, was notified that all were in stock before I paid, but received no update for a few days. I then contacted them to be informed that they are out of stock. No proactive updates from them.

Save yourself the hassle, look elsewhere.

I managed to make an enquiry by telephone, as I wasn't sure what I needed to order, regarding replacing a vandalised entry phone keypad. The person I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful, and the price was very competitive. Despatch did take a couple of days, as the parts weren't in stock, but nevertheless I was delighted with the polite and professional service I received.

At last, after submitting two scathing reviews on Security Warehouse, I have received my refund.

Terrible customer service. Sent faulty alarm back panel to them for refund/replacement. Loads of follow up messages - waist of time. Only have a Premium rate contact number....says all you need to know about this terrible Co.

Prices are great, kept updated with state of my orders, great service

Fake Online Company, Beware. Never shipped my order, no Contact number to talk. We are in May 2025.

Don't write many bad reviews but feel people need to know about how badly this company is run. This is the second time ive used this company and both times they let you order something , then when you chase them they say "sorry your items are on back order" first time after a lot of chasing i got my money back , this time they just said had repaid (they hadn't) and then ignored me . ive had to raise with my bank who have refunded me and now chasing them . Looking at the rest of reviews on hear it seams this is just a bogus company who has nothing in stock and just takes your money then maybe try's to source what you've ordered but it they cant get just keep your money .. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Did not deliver. Could not get my money back. Had to open up a dispute with PayPal. They did not respond to PayPal either. Paypal refunded the money owed.

Ordered part in December,middle January still no update. Cancelled order and cannot get a refund.
Can only get an automated reply.
Avoid this company !

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars and not 1 is because I finally received my order after phoning constantly and emailing. But surprise, surprise the camera is faulty and even though I’ve texted and called every number on their website for “24/7” tech support they won’t return my calls or texts. I have also emailed them multiple times with no reply.
I’ve notified the ACCC and will be lodging a claim in small claims court over the weekend. Hopefully if enough people contact the ACCC then they will be investigated for fraudulent activity.

I held off writing this review but it seems they are very concerned about their public image and check these regularly. I genuinely think the 5 star reviews on this page is people from the company/family using fake profiles.
I think it’s funny they can ‘thank’ the 5 star reviews but can’t return an email or text regarding faulty products. Obviously the warranty they state on their website is useless.

Order #96267 ordered an intercom handset 16.11.2024. Expected to receive it in 3-5 days. No order updates. Finally cancelled the order on 3.1.25. Queried 6.1.25 when I would receive the credit. No response. Raised a refund request with the bank. Worst customer experience I have received in many years. Eventually received a refund confirmation 24.1.2025. Retailers communication very poor. Why advertise things that they do not stock and are unlikely to obtain stock in over 6 weeks.
