Instructions clear and an easy process. Able to upload documentation without no problems. You are made aware the process can take time but I was really pleased as I had a response back within two weeks.

The process was quick and the team were very easy to contact. The fact that they have a contact number and you allows you to speak directly to whoever your case has been assigned to is incredibly handy. Overall a great and efficient process.

Easy enough to use. Although I had a slight issue uploading some documents and the error message didn't help. It eventually all went through.

Really quick and very easy - no issues what so ever

The process is easy enough to use, although when they send an e-mail asking for additional information and you reply to say that you are on holiday and will provide the information the following week, the reply is ignored and you get an almost identical e-mail a few days later and then have to send the same reply. A little bit irritating.

Checks were not completed on time and therefore my start date had to be postponed. Disappointed.

No problems! They were extremely thorough and clear with what information they required. Their upload process is very friendly as well as professional. 10/10 for speed! People always say these things take months but mine was done all within 2 or so weeks!

The agreement they ask you to sign covers all the checks they can do as a business, not the ones they will do, and does not state which apply to you. So they might just be doing a DBS check but they ask you to agree to them trawling your social media and seeing if you're an animal rights activist (among others).
The document verification via post office is a farce and incorrectly explained on their website, wasting my time with two visits to the post office.
When the recruiting company requested an enhanced DBS after completing the forms for a standard DBS I had to fill all of the forms again, even though there was no difference in the forms. When I contacted Security Watchdog to ask why I was being asked to fill in the forms again they told me it was a mistake by the recruiting company and I could ignore it - only when I got in touch with the recruiting company did they say I did need to fill in the forms again, adding to the delay and effort.
The call centre staff were often unable to help and rude.

Efficient use of Tech and Transparency. Liked practical solutions e.g. accepting P60 and Salary Slips while awaiting HR references to accelerate the screening process

The online portal was easy to use and the team was very helpful with keeping me up-to-date via email and phone calls.
