Process intuitive and well explained but..
The entire process is well explained and quite intuitive. The only cons are that the firm does not accept files elettronically signed and that they do not request for all the documents in one time.

Quick replies but error made
Very good service in terms of quick replies and a prompt telephone service, which partly answered my query. I would give a higher score but I was asked to supply records over 6 years old which were not possible to obtain. I sent what I had so this was completed but records over 5 years should never be asked for so this was an avoidable error.

People over processes
Instead of going through Ireland screening process they have put me through UK process even though I have notified them through emails that this is not right. Cost me a couple of weeks before I got an offer.
Website is very practical but people behind the processes need to be more careful since 2 week latency on their end costs thousands of euros in terms of our income. This is no joke!
