Quality, Professionalism all the good stuff!

If you as a customer are looking for an honest review, then this is it!!! Securus Contact Systems are just the best of the best. I trust my business to them with eyes closed. The money paid for their service is just a smart investment. They treat my customer better than us!! We thank you guys for your service!

If I could give ZERO stars I would

If I could give ZERO stars I would. We hired this company to simply take calls and book straight forward appointments while I took 3 months for maternity leave. We had nothing but problems since day one. My labor came 3 weeks early so I didn't get much time to try out many answering services. They charge an arm and a leg first of all, $2.35 a min and let me tell you they soak up every second and then some. Our monthly charges were $1,500-$1,800 a MONTH! This was more than if we hired an actual person to do real work. I tracked our calls and the minutes never added up. We area small business and don't get nearly that many calls. I would email every time there was an issue and it was rarely resolved, the same issues continued and it was clear these people are not properly trained. They would double book appointment slots, turn down estimates, schedule for times we are not open and so on. I had to do more work fixing the issues than I ever imagined. The worst part of all is the FRAUD! They include each month a list of all calls and time spent on the phone, the called many numbers several times... I'm talking one phone number 3-4times and sat on the phone for 700-1200 seconds, that's almost 12minutes=$27 phone call with no estimate booked??! This was not just once instance, this is at least 10 calls a month. I have an entire spread sheet of this BS. I sent an email voicing our frustrations and to cancel our plan, they then ignored my email because they are the most unprofessional company out there AND charged us $587 for 8minutes used. DO NOT HIRE THIS AWFUL COMPANY. We will be sure to let ALL of our contacts know just how HORRIBLE this company is. These people couldn't even take a simple appointment, literally the easiest job in the world. Such a nightmare, save your money and a headache! Our new answering service is $116 a MONTH strange how all the fake calls stopped? They should be sued for stealing money!

Thanks to Securus my evenings &…

Thanks to Securus my evenings & weekends are a lot easier! I use their 'receptionist' service & love it! The staff are great, the system is easy to use & it's available 24/7/365. I know our Client's can still reach me through Securus without me having to forward calls to my cell phone. They email any non urgent calls so that cuts down on scam & unsolicited callers too!

Excellent quality service

Excellent quality service. Securus helped our business with managing our after hour callers. Their system is very easy and convenient to use. Their customer service line is courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend it to other businesses.

Good service! Pretty expensive but the service is…

Pretty expensive but the service is good. I have had two customers complain that the lady answering was rude and cut them off by hanging up on them! Other than the price and them two complaints everything has been pretty good. They text me and email me my calls and are very consistent.

I have used another service in the past…

I have used another service in the past and wanted to try Securus. They were excellent to work with getting started up and made the process so easy. They also were very concerned with my unique company and set up the communication to be flawless. I high recommend them to anyone needing help with the phones.

Securus is far better than an in house receptionist.

Securus is a great answering service. We have used them for a couple months now and they are excellent. The operators speak clearly, obtain all the information and are very courteous. We eliminated our receptionist entirely after using Securus. We no longer worry about coverage for breaks, lunches, sick days or after hours calls. We have the notification emails delivered to multiple addresses so that each department can handle their own calls. This eliminates miscommunication from in house message transfers. Love the Securus service!

I have used this company for a few…

I have used this company for a few years. I have had dozens of calls not answered, multiple complaints from customers because their calls were not answered. I would never recommend them to any one.

Securus is Stellar !!!

Securus is the most accurate and timely answering service I ever used...and I've used several.
I've been with them over 10 flawless years, and our customers always comment on their professionalism and ease of communication.
Customer Service has always been incredibly receptive and creative when our company has had a need to rework the script.
I highly recommend their services to friends and other business owners I know.

Securs has been a great addition for our company. We are a small, home-based business that gives us a "secretary" to field phone calls when we cannot.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. We tried them for a month, at the end of the billing cycle I sent the sales person an email stating my dissatisfaction with the service, as I had complaints from my clients. Stating they could not even get my company name right. One client informed me that they would not have used our company if I had not called them back with a follow up. They state that they do a good job but fail to provide. I am now being charged for a month of service that I did not use at all. RUN RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THEM!!! They are looking into they say but from my point of view there is nothing to look into. I should have read the reviews online. Best I can say is they have a good sales pitch but thats as far as it goes with the company. Once they have you information they will bill you whether you use the service or not. I will be filling compliants with the bbb and the state authorities in which the reside as well.
I predict they will have the same response that the posted on all the compliants posted on the site.

Helped Grow Our Company

Securus helped us as we were overrun with answering the phones while trying to provide services for our customers. Their customer service was easy to work with and helped us out when ever we had an issue.

very happy with this service

very happy with this service. we are a small family run business and not always able to answer the phone. its so nice to have a live person answer instead of getting a voicemail. when they do take a message we get a very clear text and email with the information. very pleased and worth the $

We’ve been so happy with this service

We’ve been so happy with this service! We cannot explain the burden this removes for a company that runs a 24 hour emergency service! Now we can focus on the company and they help answer the incoming calls!
