I have had this account for a long time…
I have had this account for a long time and changed devices in that time, so when I couldn't reach my 2 step authentication steps I was relieved to have it sorted within 24 hours for safety and peace of mind. I've also spent the last couple of hours getting familiar with the interface and platform and I'm really happy with Selfwealth. I left CommSec because of pricing and some CDIA concerns, and Selfwealth doesn't have those issues, plus the interface is much easier and straightforward to use. I had a problem with my Chess Sponsor having incorrect information too, and they were amazingly prompt replying to emails within 10 mins and followed up on everything until it was corrected. Excellent customer service, 5 star I think.
