One of the worst Software a Business…

One of the worst Software a Business can use!

We have switched from Easyship to Sendcloud in the hope they are doing things as good as Easyship. We are mainly using DHL as carrier. After multiple complete outtage of Sendclouds Integrations of Etsy (was down literally 3 days) and some other services which were down for several days in the enterprise there was a new incident happening which I have never seen or experienced within my 10 years of business. Our accountant has noticed, that for some orders we have paid 2x shipping, after investigating we have found a huge bug within sendcloud software which has lead to buy & generate invalid shipping labels which were not able to been shipped out. Once a customer has changed prefered delivery lcoation or chantged the date, sendcloud has displayed the order as shipped even tough it was never printed. Due to this error there were hundreds labels generated over the last months without beeing shipped out. Not only tanking On time delivery data on amazon we have received multiple complaints from customer and our rating has dropped significantly! I have tried to contact support and find a solution but literally after 5 weeks of back and forths they have finally offered me a refund for the shipping labels we have paid for and not used. No compensation for the more work to reship all the package, the damage we got on supressed, listing etc. If you really want to scale your business, do not stick with sendcloud! Sorry but this is a joke

No good service anymore.

The site works just fine, so I'm really content with that. But it’s frustrating that you can’t get proper help by phone unless you upgrade to a more expensive plan. Basic phone support should be standard, not a paid luxury. The chat support is extremely poor: replies take far too long, there are frequent language glitches, and it costs customers unnecessary time and effort. It’s disappointing, especially because the support used to be good in the past. Overall, the experience has declined significantly.

Great platform and excellent support

Sendcloud was recommended by a friend who ships worldwide. I had never heard of it, but since it’s free to try, I gave it a chance — and I’m glad I did. The platform is simple to use, the shipping rules improve quality of life, prices are good, and the support is outstanding. I even had a dedicated onboarding specialist who made everything easy. I truly recommend it.

don’t trust this company

Miss sold services (inpost) from the start we said we need service and a rekiable courier and was promised inpost could offer this through sendcloud. What a nightmare! They couldn’t even collect parcels let alone deliver them! So many complaints and damage caused to our business. Sendcloud should not support and sell delivery options that they know will damage peoples businesses.

Do not trust this company and why they say!

Thanks to Sendcloud, our logistics operations have become much smoother. Managing everything from a single interface and avoiding surprises has been a huge improvement for us. In addition, it has made handling returns, shipment tracking, and analytics incredibly easy and efficient.

Excellent customer service and stable platform

Even though the nature of our business is different from the webshop environment they primarily cater to and we do not put through consistent volume (yet), Sendcloud is always willing to spar on a solution to our challenges. The platform is very intuitive and stable. Customer service is responsive.

Sendcloud has made the impossible possible!

Sendcloud has made the impossible possible for me as a business owner. Courier costs were too high to be feasible for my needs when going directly to couriers, as was the insurance needed. Sendcloud has made both the postage costs and the insurance affordable for me to send my products to my customers. Not only this, despite originally finding the whole idea of shipping to customers quite overwhelming due to the fact that my business model is a little complex, the mentors (especially Andy) have been excellent at walking me through the whole process and had so much patience to explain everything to me multiple times when necessary! I would highly recommend Sendcloud for any small businesses wanting to find a simple and affordable way to courier their goods.
