Great option for small business
This is a great solution for my small business. Very easy integration which you can do yourself based on the great learning academy tutorials. Seamless operation and easy navigation on the portal, with carriers and clients.
Good portal, bad support
Portal is good and easy to use. Support is a disaster.
Whenever you are in need of support you either have to wait 3-5 days for them to respond and the answer they provide is never accurate or useful. You answer within 1 hour, again have to wait 3-5 days or more.
Great integration all-around
Great integration with the Shopify backend and great customer service. They seem to be constantly adding new features too, which, at least compared to competitors, are well-priced and much welcome.
Works great for our brand
Easy and cheap way to create labels for small businesses. We ship inside germany and even the free tier is great for our needs.
The only thing I would like them to improve is to show the tax amount while you create labels.

Very disappointing experience – account blocked, no service, still charged
I signed up with Sendcloud to handle shipments and uploaded 100 addresses. After printing 60 labels, my account was suddenly blocked for a “verification process.” The system stated this would only take a few hours, but in reality nothing happened automatically, and since it was the weekend, I couldn’t reach support.
Because of this, I had to switch to another provider to ship my 100 packages that weekend. Despite the fact that no shipments were processed through Sendcloud, I still received an invoice of €570. I immediately contacted support, who initially confirmed that the shipments would be cancelled. A few days later, however, I was told that cancellation was “no longer possible,” even though no service was provided and no costs were incurred.
In the end, I was left with a large invoice for a service that I was never able to use. Extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend Sendcloud based on my experience.
Very satisfied
I've been using Sendcloud for 3 years now and I'm very satisfied. The platform is reliable with little to no technical issues, and whenever I have questions, the support team responds quickly and helpfully. It's very easy to ship to different countries, and I really appreciate being able to compare prices between carriers in one place. A great solution that makes shipping simple and efficient!
The best even for small businesses
I've been using Soundcloud for years for my small business and they are simply the best. I tried to look for alternatives with better shipping rates or features, but you won't find any EU based service better than Sendcloud.

The UPS pricing makes absolutely no sense anymore.
I was on the €100/month plan and recently received an email claiming that their partnership with UPS had been "strengthened" with added features like signature and age verification.
But in practice? The pricing has only gotten worse—and more confusing.
Rates have gone up noticeably. A 1kg label used to cost around €4 and now it's over €5, plus an additional €1.19 for the signature. On top of that, the prices shown during label creation are misleading. You’ll see one price (e.g., ~€5), but when you click through to the order review, it jumps to €5.50 or more. Meanwhile, the "Shipping Rates" page still displays the old, lower prices. There's a serious lack of transparency here.
To make matters worse, these new prices are basically identical to what I get with my personal UPS account—which I haven’t even negotiated. So why am I paying €100+ a month for a plan that doesn’t offer better rates?
What exactly was "strengthened" in this partnership? Because from where I’m standing, it looks like the only thing that’s been strengthened is how much they’re pocketing from users like me. Aside from a few minor features like using your own contract or Pack & Go, there's little to no value left.
Easy to use
I’ve been a SoundCloud user for over five years now and overall, I’m quite happy with the service. It’s easy to use and very straightforward, which I really appreciate — the user-friendliness is definitely a plus.
It’s a bit of a downside that you now have to pay per label and a subscription fee, but I also understand that running a platform like this costs money. I do like that you can either use their standard contract or upload your own, that flexibility is great.
I just hope they’ll soon reopen the regular postal shipping options — like Correos and Deutsche Post have already done — so we can use those again on their platform, especially for shipments from the US with the new Trump tariffs.

Great for 70% of my sales
I love the ease of the system but don't like the fact DPD is set by default and every order has to be changed as their prices are considerably higher than others, the international customs declaration section is rediculous in comparison the other websites as are your prices for that too and Royal Mail should be an option without having a RM account

Personally Sendcloud saved my business! This isn't one of those fake reviews or paid. I found Sendcloud via an Instagram AD back in 2021, I was apprehensive as I had never tried an automated platform that linked with the online store to offer faster label printing and delivery services. Well - lets just say I was more than surprised when it quickly became the reason why my business could keep going! It allowed me to connect my Royal Mail business account at ease and also offer me great deals with Evri - that I wouldn't be able to achieve without them. Fast forward to 2025 - I have been using them for around 4 years now and I couldn't fault them! The customer service has been excellent, the transparency they offer via email and communications with updates to the platform and pricing changes. Overall I would never leave Sendcloud, they offer extremely competitive rates and just an overall small business lifesaver! Thank you for existing - you make my life so much simpler when it comes to sending out orders to my customers.

Still happy with Sendcloud after 6 years!
We have been using sendcloud for more than 6 years now and the service and software is still really user friendly. They have also started charging a monthly fee, which I don't like. But I know it is inevitable for them and their business model. And as long as the service and interface remains this good, it is acceptable.
