Super service
Super service. Quality of the product, True wireless CX, is questionable. But Sennheisers service is the best! +++++
Recurrent quality problems & no after sales solution
Spent early 2022 200 EUR on the latest momentum true wireless earphones. After less than 6 months they already had technical issues with noises in one of the two earphones. After one year and a half, battery was dead. Returned the product to Sennheiser, it took a number of months to them to proceed to an exchange. After six months of use this second pair again had technical issues, with one earphone not working. Sennheiser now considers that due to the recent expiry of the initial 2 year warranty I have to buy a new pair. This catastrophic product quality is absolutely below expectations. Sennheiser is unfortunately no longer a quality brand.
THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER…
THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
Headphones broke after two months and it took them four months to replace them.
I sent off my faulty headphones that broke after 10 weeks of light use. It was a software issue where they wouldn't connect. The website didn't offer any valuable help.
It took the offices at the UK about a MONTH to send them off to their testing facility in Germany - yes, that's correct - Sennheiser don't have a maintenance facility in the UK. It then took them over a month to decide that they had to be replaced (inevitably, because the people working on fixing them won't know the first thing about how to fix a firmware issue).
Sennheiser told me they'd send me proof of receipt of the broken headphones. I did not and had to ask them to send a photo of the headphones in their offices.
They also didn't put my house number on the delivery of the replacement headphones which meant that there was a delay in them getting to me and UPS were repeatedly calling me when I was at work (in hospitality) where I can't take calls.
All in all, it's taken four months and five days for me to receive a new pair of headphones.
THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
Premium price for a cheaply made product
After less then 50 uses, the left ear bud wont charge or turn on. Battery level is stuck at 10 percent.
Reading through Reddit, its a common problem.
The Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 should be recalled immediately but instead you got 2 years to make a warranty claim. If your unlucky like me and lost your receipt although you paid $400.00 for them 1 year and 8 months ago, its your tough luck.
Wont be buying Sennheiser products again.
bought senheiser 450BT a few months…
bought senheiser 450BT a few months ago, broke after 3 weeks. sent for repair and received replacement almost 4 months later and they failed again after less than a week. shocking product, shocking customer support and very pricey for what they are. probably one of the worst purchases i’ve ever made.
Sennheiser's SE Asia customer service…
Sennheiser's SE Asia customer service is a disgrace. I've bombarded their Thailand website with messages and emails, only to be redirected to Singapore and entirely ignored.
My Momentum 3 headphones died after about five months of use. The case charges, but the headphones themselves? Completely unresponsive. No connection, no charging – utterly useless. And of course, there's no authorised repair centre in all of Thailand.
Needless to say, I will never purchase from this brand again. It's a shame, as the headphones were decent while they lasted. But Sennheiser's nonexistent customer support is beyond unacceptable. The way I see it, they clearly have zero respect for their customers and couldn’t give two hoots about after-sales care. You'd think in 2024 this wouldn't be happening, but...
Sadly Very Poor
Sent headphones back for repair under guarantee two months ago!!!, also had to pay the postage which was unfair. It was not my fault the headphones stopped working. Contact centre are very very poor, take ages to respond. Just found out my replacement headphones have been sat in a UPS distribution centre since early April because Sennheiser had not given them my house number. I was then told by the contact centre to ring UPS myself and sort it out, but did not give me a number to call. Hoping to finally get them back next week. Next time will be going back to Sony.
Quite disappointing experience overall
Quite disappointing experience overall, both from the initial shipping process, all the way to experiencing the product and registering a repair/warranty claim.
Despite the price of the product (even refurbished), the customer has to pay to ship the product for a repair.
Long delays in the replies from customer support.
Lastly, not impressed by the sound quality and product design and durability.
DON’T BUY SENNHEISER!!! Apps do not work and tech support is non-existant
Worst product support ever. Ambeo Max soundbar is app dependant and does NOT WORK!!!! Freezes after device “found” all resets and calibrations are in menus AFTER this page. Chat bot is useless and will not even give you phone number for customer service.
They KNOW THEIR software sucks and are burying their head in the sand instead of fixing the issues.
HD 350BT
I’ve had my Sennheiser headphones for almost 3 years now and they’re great!! Over time the buttons don’t work as well anymore, so that’s something they could improve on. The sound quality is pretty good, not the best but they’re around €80 so I think it’s a pretty good deal.
Shame on you Sennheiser
So l bought the Sennheiser True wireless 3. All the reviews on this product are by companies that might test this product for a day or two under normal circumstances. However in my experience l have had these for 2 years now. From the first time l took them to the gym they kept falling out of my ears. I got sick and tired of having to stop and pick them up off the floor and put them back in my ears. The sounds great when they actually connect but l experienced constant drop out. Now in the past l have bought other Sennheiser products such as RS175-VRF also in the past l have purchased Sennheiser Momentum Wireless 3 and both have ben fantastic. However l do not recommend you waste your money the Momentum True wireless 3 earbuds. Now they have released the 4's. I severely doubt that these are any better. You should be ashamed of yourself releasing a pathetic product. I gave this company a chance to fix my problem. There customer service is just as bad as the product. They wanted me to talk to a robot that did not work. They do not care about you the customer as long as they get your money.
Sennheiser is an awful company, Shame on you
I am beyond mad with Sennheiser; they are crooks and swindlers. This happened before, and I thought it was just a one-off, but it is worse this time. The first time, they sent me used refurbished headphones as a replacement. It's been years since that, and nothing has changed.
I purchased a set of $300 headphones, and they've stopped working after less than a year; Amazon can't do anything for me as it's been over 30 days, but less than a year. I babysat and clean the headphones every day, and they stopped working. Trying to contact Sennheiser is impossible; their chat is never available, and I mean never. When I submit a warranty claim... wait for it... the instructions everything come to me in German. This has been happening for weeks. They then said they tried to call me but couldn't leave a message. That's bull, less than a year, and I have a $300 paperweight that's worthless, and they'll probably send me another used set. This is not good enough; this company and its customer service are awful; how are they allowed to sell products still? I still have no resolution. Someone HELP ME!
Will never buy Sennheiser again after 20 years
Had some Momentum True Wireless (MTW) 2s which kept randomly connecting to my phone even though they were in my cased unused and this caused battery drain. They were replaced by Sennheiser with MTW3s but that's where the good news ends. The MTW3s were impressive sounding right out of the box but as is the case with all of the MTW series, they had issues with the battery within just a few months. Honestly I think it's a joke that Sennheiser knowingly keep selling their headphones knowing they will inevitably fail in a few months, trading standards should do something about this. Thankfully Sennheiser were offering warranty replacements on every pair they sent out. I sent off my MTW3 for replacement and Royal Mail lost these. Prior to this I had tried to contact Sennheiser about getting my postage costs refunded as it's expensive to keep sending back headphones (via Special Delivery to cover the compensation if something goes wrong) given how often Sennheiser headphones fail and I saw from Reddit that they were starting to do this for some customers. I tried contacting them 5 times via different routes (website, email, X, instagram) and got no response. In this time I also would've liked a response to get some proof of purchase for my Royal Mail compensation claim given they'd lost the parcel but there was no point even trying with Sennheiser as they would never respond. After 4 months of radio silence I decided to set up a reddit account as that was one place they seemed to be active and responding to people. I finally got a response, they agreed to refund my postage but also offered 15% off a new purchase instead. I was fed up of Sennheiser and their non-existent customer service so stood firm on just wanting my postage refunded. After a further 8 emails to chase, it took them 2.5 months to pay for my postage costs. Sennheiser charge premium prices for their products and offer non-existent customer service in return. No way should it take this much effort, this many different attempts and routes to contact them just to get a reply. I will NEVER buy Sennheiser again.
Shame on you Sennheiser
Shame on you Sennheiser
I bought a nearly $300 Momentum 4 headset through Amazon. The headset never connected properly through bluetooth and after following all the hard reset instructions etc, I finally sent the headset back for repair. The RMA instructions are to send back everything, the case, cables etc. which I did.
To my surprise, I received back a REFURBISHED headset that is completely different (retailing at $149), no case or cables.
Trying to reach someone at Sennheiser support is like trying to talk to a tree. I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing this high-priced garbage - and receiving a 'refurbished fix' that is not even close to what I originally paid for.
Shame on you Sennheiser,
Purchased HD 599 fault…
Purchased HD 599 headphones through Amazon. Anxious to try them I discovered right speaker dead - sound only through left speaker attached to iPhone 11. Tried on iPad with same result. Contacted Sennheiser for help through internet and received case number. I am sure there is an easy solution.
After 48 hours no further response.
Distraught!
The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever. I asked for two adapters for Sennheiser HD518 and a certain Jonas (after days of waiting) only wrote: "Sorry it isn't available anymore". They sell expensive headphones and not give the possibility to buy the spare parts.
My Momentum TW3 stopped charging after…
My Momentum TW3 stopped charging after a year. This is apparently a known issue, so I had to send them back to be replaced. This is three months (!) ago now. No updates until you get in touch with them.
The sad thing is that the earphones are actually really nice, but given that they are known to break and then terrible service is provided, I will get other ones.
Two months and counting for repair/replacement
Got a Momentum 4 headset directly from Sennheiser, three months later the bluetooth function stops working. Sennheiser support tells me that it has to be replaced and tells me to send it to Cycleon Returns in Eindhoven. It's been two months now, and Sennheiser won't give me an update on the progress, not even whether my my headset actually arrived or when I can expect it back. For a 300 euro headset and a company like Sennheiser, the service has been terrible, considering I have only been able to use my expensive headset for 3 out of 5 months I bought it... About to seek out my options to just get my purchase returned.
Their headphones have been my go to…
Their headphones have been my go to choice for YEARS!!! My HD600 which is about 6 years now have been so good and the audio quality haven't dropped even the tiniest bit
