I recently purchased the Sennheiser IE600 earphones, expecting a top-notch product given their reputation and the hefty price tag. Unfortunately, my experience with both the product and Sennheiser's customer service has been nothing short of disappointing.
From the very beginning, the right earbud consistently disconnected with even the slightest movement of my head. Troubleshooting on my own, I attempted to secure the cable to the earbud, but to no avail. Concerned about this issue, I contacted Sennheiser customer services immediately and logged an incident.
Despite emphasizing the urgency of my situation, as I was set to travel abroad at the end of the week, the customer service representative assured me that the matter would be resolved before my departure. Regrettably, this was not the case, and my attempts to follow up twice yielded no results.
To make matters worse, my frustration escalated when a customer service agent, rather than addressing the issue, suggested that my concerns were merely an attempt to secure a free cable. This accusation is not only baseless but also incredibly disrespectful given the significant investment I made in their product.
For a company that prides itself on quality and customer satisfaction, this experience has been a complete letdown. I expected much more from a brand like Sennheiser, especially considering the premium price point of their products. It's disheartening to see such a lack of accountability and professionalism in their customer service.
In conclusion, I caution potential buyers to think twice before investing in Sennheiser products, as my experience with both the faulty IE600 earphones and the unhelpful customer service has left me thoroughly disappointed
Their headphones outrun the market
I personally believe that products made by this company, especially headphones is the best option if you cherish quality sound.
First of all, when I have bought the very first model HD 599, I understood that the balance of low and high frequencies was perfect in them. Then I decided to check how other headphones work, and you know, all those I haven tried sounded amazingly. The sound's so deep it literally makes you immerse and dissolve into music.

I've bought my Sennheiser Momentum 3 and I paid almost £300. An absolute waist of money, time and nerves!!! Every time I slightly move my head they would stop playing and disconnecting then connecting again. I can't run with them either when having them on, as is so annoying to restart them each time something goes wrong with them. Please, if you ever want to purchase this headphones, think twice !!
NEVER AGAIN
Got a couple of Sports wireless earbuds. Not the most expensive buds but still... Unfortunately they came out of the box defective. At first their service desk responded and told me the buds had to be replaced. So I had to make a repair request on their site and sent the buds to have hem exchanged. Shipping costs are on you by the way, not on them.
And then it all went wrong. The buds have disappeared and so has the service desk. It's been 8 weeks now and I requested a status update several times by mail. No response up till now! Looks like I can kiss the earbuds goodbye.
I was considering buying an Ambeo soundbar.. but probably just better burn the money and stay warm in winter.
I have dealt with warranty repairs before but Sennheiser is by far the worst I've ever experienced.

WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER GIVEN (and I've tried things like Poste Italiane, Trony, TIM, INPS and everything obscene you can think of): I got a pair of Sennheiser Sport True wireless headphones for 2 months ago (not very expensive, but still headphones over 100 euros). The same day they arrived, my charger case blew. That same day, I started trying to contact them. Today, 2 months later, with unused and unusable 100 euro headphones, they haven't even had the decency to respond to an email, to a request on the site form, or to any other contact method. I have always bought Sennheiser, and have never had any problems. Now that I have had de facto problems with one of their products, I understand that if something from this brand is defective, then it is your business. I come to write on this site now obviously exasperated, and I am considering the idea of asking if it is possible to take a legal route towards their guarantees which do not exist. In the meantime, I have already made a video on my channel where I testify to my experience, and I strongly advise against buying something from this brand, and instead turning to the competitors, who have a customer service. They are literally scammers.
Worst customer service ever
It doesn't matter how good the product is... I'll never buy anything from them after the worst customer service in my life.
2 times my earbuds stopped working and while the first time the retailer replaced them right away by a new pair, the second time the earbuds had to go to the repair center... it's been 2 months and still nothing. Only way to contact them is through email and they're very non responsive. I had no idea about the status of the repair.
05/12 - still no earbuds back

I appreciate him highly and what Neumann has done over the years as well as keep their excellent service and that is what we need as a whole. 4783024092 Lester Wayne Dobos, now I got stable steady levels to mix and master. But I use SSL Meter so its a merging tech thing the next thing at least for I'd like to see well. That's all got to promote my music with Apple and Grimes AI tunecore take care!
Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service.
I have sent 3x emails just requesting the VAT invoice.
Now have issue with my Momentum 3 earphones, filled form in on website - no response on any of my emails.
As if their task is to get paid and just ignore the customer once the payment for goods is received.
Called customer service (through some confusing second party) she had very bad communication skills, took 20 minutes just to set up account. Phone call hanged up as I run out of credit as it took so long just to set up an account (not sure if we even did that in the end).
With this in mind, rest assured that Sennheiser has lost me as a customer, considering that I have purchased all versions of their Momentum earphones.
I have also many products from Bose, and my god, their customer service is outstanding!
Sennheiser is so far behind on this.
It's the customer experience and their values that matters, not just good sounding products.
Take some schooling lessons from Bose.
The Worst Online Shopping Experience Ever
I have tried to purchase RS 195 U headphones and have them delivered to an address in Thailand, but everytime their electronic address form wants a UK or American style address, it will not accept a Thai address. I have tried asking questions on their contact page, however a robot does not understand when you talk to it. I have even tried Sennheiser website in Thailand and that is just the same. It is bloody hopeless, guess I will be buying any brand that has some kind of customer service.

Warranty is a scam
Have had two issues with connectivity for my CX true wireless within the two year warranty after purchase. First time I sent it in for repair and got it back in the span of a month. Second time support responded to my emails within the week but did not understand my issue and provided useless information to resolve it before concluding with the link to have it serviced. I am not paying to ship a product that is messed up by design to probably just get replaced and shipped back anyways.
Good sound but garbage assembly
Got a pair of PXC550s about 3.5 years ago, I know nothing about wireless headphones but they seem like an excellent product to me, good sound and good battery life etc. BUT the headphone padding is completely falling apart which after occasional and careful use is unacceptable and I see other customers have had the same issue but Sennheiser doesn’t care apparently - guess they don’t want repeat customers! Their loss.
Worst customer "service" experience of my life
I share the same experience as everyone else here who gave a bad review. Really, I would give zero stars if I could. My headphones broke 3 days after receiving them, the bluetooth does not connect properly anymore.
After filling out the form it turns out I have to pay for shipping them back myself. I have sent more than 10 emails to the support center, but didn't get any reply at all... I would never buy Sennheiser products again just because of this experience, and would advice others to do the same. It's embarassing how bad the service is for a big company like them.

Complete disappointment in terms of quality and customer service
I bought headphones that broke 2 days after the 30 day trial period. The right headphone keeps making deafening noises and I simply don’t trust these headphones to not ruin my hearing. Thus I wanted to return under warranty.
Sennheiser kept insisting on a replacement which I didn’t want but there was no arguing with them.
I accepted the replacement, then they wanted me to pay for return shipping and I had to provide all kind of physical invoices as proof after filling an extensive online form and sending at least 20 emails back and forth.
This is by far the worst customer experience I’ve had in the past 10 years and unbelievable to me.
I thought sennheiser was a trustworthy high quality brand.
Turns out it is - excuse my French - pure crap and the customer service is worse than if you had bought fakes from China.
If anyone reads this: under no circumstances buy sennheiser products, literally either get a 10€ pair of headphones or buy another high price brand that is actually high quality. Sennheiser is worse in terms of quality, sound and noise cancelling than 10€ headphones. My AirPods i now bought are a different universe and not that much more.
The worst experience I have ever had.
Apparently Sennheiser does not care about their reputation or their clients. I have the same issue as everyone else. My headphones don't work properly and I wanted to make use of my warranty (after 3 weeks of using them). After multiple emails back and forth they sent a return label but I would have to pay for it?!?! Furthermore they are being rude and completely unhelpful. Can neither reccommend the product nor the brand/customer service. Truly the worst experience I have ever had.

Item came with a beat balanced cable--didn't work out of the box. Almost impossible to contact a human. Bot's are horrible. Last time I buy a Sennheiser product. Customer service is non-existent.
