constantly sending rotten cheese
I ordered thousands of dollars of fresh cheese in the last few years, most of the time , they either screw up the order all together, or more often than not, they send already expired cheese, or in the very verge of going bad.
I just spend again $175.00, three days ago, and I had to put half of the order in the garbage.
Their customer service is a joke and they always refuse to fix the problem, no refunds, no reshipping or the messed up items.
Sadly there aren’t other places that I know of , to purchase what I need, but I will shop around , because I’m sick and tired to , literally throw money in the garbage, every time I purchase, from them.

I contacted Sensibus due to a butter…
I contacted Sensibus due to a butter product being stale. Once I emailed CS, I received a phone call the same day and they advised me they will be checking the stock and contacting me the following day. 2 days later I have not heard back and I have emailed them multiple times with no response. I've had to throw away $60 worth of butter due to the issue

I'm sometimes hesitant to buy expensive products online, as one never knows what the quality will be like. But Sensibus generally has great prices on gourmet foods, so I've taken the risk - and been very pleased! Everything I've ordered from the has been great, and the service is top-notch. I always know when what I ordered has been sent out and when it's been received, and have never had any kind of issue.

Disappointing
The Gres Champenois cheese was very good. The butter was, well, quite boring and no different than what we can get at a convenience store. I wish I could remember the name of the hard orange cheese so I don’t ever buy it again. 100% of everyone who tried it said was inedible. All in all it wasn’t worth the $50 paid for the entire package as a Christmas gift.

I have shopped at Sensibus for many years. I found them looking for Parm-Reggiano cheese. My passion. Then ordered the best olive oil, and the affordable balsamic oro vinegar. The black truffle butter I order once in a while for a treat. I have never been disappointed, ever. I receive my order within a few days, and any corrections that I needed where done swiftly and profusly apologetically. Customer service is the best I have dealt with, and love their sales of course. I am very pleased. No doubt about it.
