Efficient service.
Top quality product.

Although the umbrella that we wanted was not stocked in the shops we were able to purchase a second one online, quickly and easily. It was delivered before we got back to Australia a week and a half later. The only drawback was that the price was discounted so we had to pay shipping, as a result it cost more.

Results in 33 EUR (including customs handling)
+ 20 EUR shipping for a total of 106 EUR

Now imagine if your country has a higher VAT :o

When I asked the company about it, their reply boils down to: "Read the fine print next time"
Fine print that by it's very name implies the use of dark patterns (light gray text, not in the obvious places and in some cases outright lies on the website)

Honestly, this is a shame.
I liked the company before, but now I can't in good faith support them. It's a good product gone to waste by such terrible service.

EDIT: Updated my 5 star review based on previously owning this product and getting great service years ago. While I would've highly recommended them based on that and on the product. It seems the in the past years the product is still good, but the service has proven out-of-touch, inSENZitive and downright hostile at times. So the whole experience when trying to buy a 2nd SENZ product has made this a 0 star experience. Can't even get my money back. Refunds are another hassle with them.

Due to own fault we damaged our 'first hour' Senz umbrella. The small repair pieces were sent for free without any question of Senz within a week. Great service, not seen very much nowadays.

Had to cancel order because of delivery delays that were not communicated in time.

Great and sturdy storm umbrella

Been a senz umbrella owner for several years. I've given mine proper field testing in some harsh conditions so can vouch for the great quality. When things do go wrong, they also have a fantastic and responsive customer care team.

The umbrella arrived rapidly and well packed in Switzerland. It looks quite sturdy and well made. It is a bit heavier than I had expected, but still fits well into my bags. So far, it did withstand all wind blows very well although it once turned upsides down when I held it in the wrong orientation. It will be a good companion for the rains to come. In Switzerland the brand seems still to be quite unknown - on the streets I spotted only few Senz umbrellas so far, but I got a tip from a relative who has grown up in Holland.

I've had the original for a long time until I lost it
After that I got a mini which fits in a bag, reducing the chance of loosing it. This one is a little less sturdy but still very good.
Lately I had a broken fiber end piece. After sending an email describing the problem a replacement part was shipped the next day; Excellent!!

Fantastic service: Senze sent us the broken item and my umbrella is as good as new, thank you so much!

As expected the construction of these umbrellas is phenomenal, have not had the pleasure of using them in the rain but I anticipate it eagerly

Black foldable umbrella mini automatic deluxe

I am semi impressed by this umbrealla. It feels and looks quite premium, but there are flaws:

1. It does turn inside out quite easily if you don't angle it properly against the wind. This is not the end of the world though as it is quite easy to get it back to normal (just angle it against the wind and maybe give it a harsh push into the wind and it usually rights itself), but is frustrating as a heavy breeze can flip it inside out if you're not careful.

2. The handle is really small, so if you want to change hands it is a bit difficult to do so. I imagine for someone with bigger than average hands it might be a bit sore to hold for longer periods.

3. The automatic close is really good but after only a couple of days the automatic open/close button became extremely stiff when pressing to open the umbrella. The only solution to this was to press down on the top of the umbrella (as though your pushing it down after closing it), after which the button becomes easy to press and the umbrella opens with no problems.

Fabulous product, my mini Senz looks stylish, is super practical, and the ordering process and delivery to Ireland were smooth and speedy.

Very responsive and thoughtful. I had ordered extra sleeves to replace lost ones for other umbrellas, but the staff pointed out to me that umbrellas always come with sleeves. Delivery very fast. Quality high.
