Very quick shipping, great design, excellent!

I'm from the US, Illinois, and can say with totally honesty, this has been a great umbrella! I am very happy with its unique and capable style! ☺️

Living on the coast I got through countless umbrellas before I discovered Senz. They really are storm proof and now the only umbrella I'll trust.
Their customer service is also outstanding and when I was being treated badly by Umbrella World (definitely DON'T order from them), Senz stepped in and rescued me. They are kind, professional and responsive.

I have been using the Senz mini umbrella for over 10+ years because of its unique style with amazing technology. However, the older model features an elastic retractable strap that would eventually break at some point. I decided to reach out to Senz customer service through email, told them the condition, and had a little hope that they might still carry a spare part for me to purchase. (The ones available on the website are for the current newer models)

Surprisingly, Ingrid, the customer service staff got back to me and said, "we found a new cord for you and we would like to send it to you from our warehouse in the Netherlands"

I was so impressed by this amazing customer service, and honestly, I didn't expect that they would also offer me a spare part. I'll make sure to take good care of Senz umbrella and will enjoy using it as long as it lasts.

Umbrellas quality is super.

One of the struts bent when I opened the umbrella for the fourth time (no wind). It's no longer usable. Every cheap supermarket umbrella I've owned has lasted longer than this.
Also, why is this form in Dutch and can't be switched to English?

I received my umbrella promptly after ordering it on line. This is my second Senz umbrella! I got the first one more than 10 years ago and it was still working perfectly until I lost it! I got a lot of compliments on the beautiful design, and I love the quality of the product; there was no tear on the fabric, leak or frame damage after 10+ years. The umbrella also withstands strong wind amazingly well. I am looking forward to another 10+ years with my new Senz!

I recently contacted Senz about the possibility of a repair to my mini automatic umbrella.

My umbrella had a broken rivet that meant one of the arms/ribs would no longer open correctly and hold shape rendering the umbrella unusable.

Senz replied to my mail swiftly with a direct solution and offered to send me a replacement pin without the need to send my umbrella back to Senz.

The repair was quite straight forward and Senz had sent me a video of how to repair from one of there technicians which helped dramatically. (Note you will need some pliers!)

In a society where we so often see well made products go directly to land fill it was heart warming to make contact with a company that was willing to take responsibility of there own products life cycle and help the customers prolong the life of there purchase.

I’m extremely happy to have my umbrella back in action and for its continued life.

I received my umbrella very promptly and it was well packaged.
The actual umbrella has to be held facing the direction of the wind otherwise it will unfold, this is sometimes rather difficult especially with squally winds. I didn’t expect this and didn’t have this issue with my previous (different brand) storm proof umbrella

Overall good umbrella, small-ish handle. Cool design, feels sturdy. I just wish the handle was bigger.
Time will tell is this design is as good as they say.

Umbrella is amazing, This is my second umbrella and it is light and nimble for it's size as I have purchased the XXL, would recommend this to friends and family.

Probably the worst umbrella I bought in my entire life! Decided to use a little extra and buy a good umbrella- I thought... I used my senz umbrella for the first time, and it was terrible. A little bit of wind and umbrella ended turning "inside out". After I fixed this servel times, I ended up going back to my car and picked up my cheap 5€ umbrella and it worked perfectly! Maybe you should consider changing the name the name "the original storm umbrella" to something like "the expensive and most worthless umbrella"

The quality of Senz embrellas is great. It is also super that it possible to replace parts which makes the products more sustainable. Customer service is very frienly and supportive.
