The chocolate pair of Joffre shoes I…
The chocolate pair of Joffre shoes I received had a quality issue that I believe is not indicative of the brand, but none the less. The right shoes captoe brogue perforation closest to the sole was split and will continue to spread unnaturally through wear. Both shoes were poorly dyed along where the uppers meet the insoles, where the captoe is attached to the vamp, and where the heel cap leather is sown to the heel. The last on this shoe is beautiful and the fit is great. I wish quality control measures had caught and fixed these imperfections prior to shipping my pair.

Really poor service. Avoid. Hidden charges
Really poor service. The don’t tell you while buying online about extra hidden charges which is in their fine print. Extremely poor after sales team. Despite me retiurning their product without opening they deducted 85£ which I full contest with credit card company. Avoid them unless you want a bitter experience.

It is however clearly specified in our Terms and Conditions, as well as our shipping page. Regarding your choice of refusing the delivery of your order, you were contacted by our customer service team to inform you that the taxes generated by the shipment of your package would be deducted from your refund. We have exchanged several emails in order to find a satisfactory solution as quickly as possible and even offered to refund you half the amount of those fees.
