Just used the online chat feature to help with my account and the agent was brilliant. Very quick, easy and solved the issue in minutes. Very happy. Thank you.
Nermine in Support was prompt, knowledgeable and fixed the issue fast.very happy.
I've had to write this as personal review for the company I work for as I can't do it via a business account. But I'm so incensed by their staff's attitude I feel it necessary to warn others.
Unbelievably, we had actually been using their service since 2015 which makes their treatment of us as a loyal customer even more deplorable! Recently their QoS has rapidly gone downhill, leaving us no choice but to cancel the service.
They are quick to penalise users and cancel accounts without warning or reason if you suddenly do something they deem against "policy". Their shared IP addresses are constantly blacklisted because they allow spammers to use their service which then affects other users on the same IP. We were forced to cancel because they left our account on a blacklisted IP (and wanted $400 for a dedicated one!), so we were unable to reply to legitimate customers.
They left support tickets in limbo without reply or resolution but are happy to continue to collect the monthly subscription. At this point we have still not had confirmation of our cancellation or if we will receive a refund of this month's subscription (as we were only a few days in before we decided enough is enough). Incredibly unprofessional support (1st line are absolutely clueless, 2nd line never seem to resolve) and service and I will be forwarding the correspondence to PayPal to try and retrieve this month's wasted subscription. Avoid. 👎
EDIT: End of May, finaly received refund and cease of service. I still cannot recommend this company as they simply gave up with their service and support.

Nermine helped me and give me a full support! Thanks for your help! We solved the Problem asap
The best SMTP service for scammers. We are receiving phishing emails from your IP and you have no control over that, there are lots of people become victim and you allow sending them emails?

Supporto eccellente. Personale gentile e preparato.
Excellent support. Polite and knowledgeable staff.
I am a regular user of turboSMTP services and recently i had a complex request about my latest package purchase. Nermine was extremely helpful and patient with me and we reached a very good conclusion. Thank you. All very recommendable.
bad service, really really bad. Stay away from this company.

The only thing this company has to offer is the staff on the chat are friendly and polite. Honestly, everything else is terrible. Line 2 support is awful. They leave tickets unanswered for weeks and months, and they may even ignore them. No one ever answers the phone number the list for tech support. We called a different times of the day, we were on hold for hours and then we got disconnected.
Their dedicated IP service is a total scam. You pay for a dedicated IP, and you maintain it in good shape and high reputation, and then suddenly they take it away and assign you a different IP with a very bad reputation. And their tracking gets your IP blacklisted all the time. They never give you an answer to why they are doing this. And when we demanded that you do not do this, they re-routed our email from a different IP with a terrible reputation—fooling us. They made us think we had our IP untouched, but our email was being routed from a different IP. Again, you never respond to the ticket when we ask why they do it.
Another problem, this is not a real company. This service is run by a company called Delivery Tech Corp. Their address in San Diego does not have anything except the server. The phone number they list on the Better Business Beaurue is fake. When we filed a complaint, the BBB came back and said they could not reach them.
Bottom line, if you care about your online reputation, DO NOT USE this service. We finally had to cancel the service and get a refund. No one even cared to ask why we cancelled. In fact, they ruined our online repudiation when they routed our email from IPs with very bad reputation while we are paying for a dedicated IP.
VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO ALL REVIEWERS WHO GAVE 5 STARS TO THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ALL "INVITED" BY THE COMPANY TO WRITE A REVIEW. JUST THINK.
Customer response to TurboSMTP response 2/24/2022
To whoever responded to my review, I am very disappointed that you think I am angry. Anger is not one of my habits. I just wanted to put all the facts as accurate and as clear as possible. We used the service for two and half years. The first year went smooth only because there was a person in your first line support who was able to handle thangs very well and that is what kept us using the service. Once this person was no longer involved, you can see from all the tickets we submitted how things went downhill. Sometimes we begged for days and weeks to get response to a ticket. No one ever explained to us why your team continually took away our dedicated IP that we maintained very well with a reputation score of 99 and assigned us another IP that was blacklisted, which caused our email to be blocked by major email servers and corporate servers. Your tracking domains get blacklisted every day. We were monitoring those domains for you, and we were continually asking to assign us different tracking domain to the point that we finally decided not to use tracking. It is interesting that no one knew about this upgrade you are referring to, not even your line 2 support, when we kept asking why the email is going from different IPs. Maybe something good will come out of this after all. TurboSMTP really needs to improve their service and their support. No other provider is using the tracking domains mechanism. I guess every provider discovered that they are very harmful except TurboSMTP. Your phone support virtually is nonexistent. Give those nice ladies working on the chat line some knowledge and power to solve problems. Being nice and friendly does not go far when a company is losing business because of the service.
