EXCELLENT ON LINE HELP FROM A SMART TECHIE
I had an ongoing posting issue with a high rate of bounce backs. It was not an easy problem to fix. I was assisted by Nermine who was friendly and very pateint as she approached the problem with a clever exclusionary system of getting to the root of the problem

I had an issue with my subscription where I forgot to renew it. I tested all the settings over and over. Then I found out that I forgot to renew it, however as soon as I contacted their chat, they helped me activate the service and now everything is working!

trust them, strongly recommended!
I am not used to believe in "commercial promises" but when I realized than Turbo-Smtp delivers FOR REAL more than 99% of the sent emails, I changed mind.
It only requires to be careful with the settings of the tool you use to make your mailing.
The Italian customer service (expecially Francesco) is very attentive and patient.
STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!
