Avoid Sevenoaks they are useless, unmotivated slobs. 0% work ethic, no one’s happy there. Arrived at 12:40 needing one tyre, told me sorry I shut at 1pm. Meanwhile there were two men just standing around watching the clock. What a shambles

I used setyres in Dorchester asked for them to do my tracking and clear the jets on my screen wash along with service when collecting the screen wash was just the same and l had to have the tracking done elsewhere

After a bad experiences with other "National Tyre Fitters", delivering the wrong size and stating it was my fault, I found by chance that SE Tyres could meet my means and ordered four tyres to be fitted at Sevenoaks. Unfortunately, they could only deliver two, but would accept another tyre company delivering the remaining two. It does raise the question as to why other "National Tyre Fitters" will only supply their own brand. It is not just that SE Tyres, Sevenoaks are convenient, but also very courteous.

Just popped into setyres on a chance they could fit 2 tyres on my xtrail before a very long drive to Norfolk I was very impressed by their service and care I was made aware that my tyres were perfectly legal ...but I chose to have them replaced as I don't get much time off ... they also checked pressures of the others too . The tyres are middle quality but alot cheaper than I was quoted at Nissan. Staff all cheery and helpful ....I thoroughly recommend them 👌

Well i have been going to setyres Hove ,sussex, for about 6 or 7 years now for tyres , popped in today to book my vehicle in for steering geometry work and was somewhat shocked to be told we don't have time to do it and we're not interested, get the impression things are going downhill at this place and will not longer go there or recommend

Appalling customer service. I would not recommend this business. Arrived before another customer at their Sidcup shop. Told by a short, bald, Neanderthal-type individual manning the front desk that I wanted to change 2 tyres. When I pointed out that I had in fact arrived before another customer, he point blank refused to accept this- effectively telling me that I was lying. All he had to do was ask the other customers. Took exception at me asking him to look at the location where I had been parked and waiting, before moving into a spot vacated by a customer who was ahead of me. He began cussing and squared up to me. I suspect that his hostility probably stems from racism because his reaction was just so bizarre and inexplicable. Miserable, aggressive, violent individual- absolutely should not be working in a customer facing role. I suspect that they behave like this because there is no repercussion from their bosses. And it is not just this one shop- they are just as rude at their other shop in Welling. Today’s incident was the final straw. I won’t recommend or use this company/garage ever again.

SETyres Hailsham very helpful with flat tyre and I could not get the wheel off myself after being let down by my road side assistance - kicked it off for me and put on spare a bit of a life saver and made it look so easy

Really rude customer service from their mobile team. Charge a callout fee and didn’t bring the correct equipment to undo our nutbolt (their tyre guy told us he’d been trying to get them to get the correct equipment and they wouldn’t so he couldn’t do his job properly) but still charged us the call-out fee even though they failed to take our tyre off. Tried to call and discuss but the guys on the phone was so rude/disinterested. AVOID!!! Halfords don’t charge a call out fee if they can’t do the job so go with them instead!

Absolutely shocking service - tyre was not put on correctly - wheels nuts could be undone by hand - tyre wobbled on way home
When contacted they could not be less interested and blamed faulty tools
AVOID at all costs - there are more competent tyre places

had a total re fit on my front brakes on a 20 year old van due to rust made more of a problem plus parts
but they got the job done the manager Stephen was helpful at the worthing branch

Complete amatures. Wrecked my brand new alloys, scammed me by putting cheaper tyres on than asked and paid for. Majority of staff have attitude problems. Stay well clear.

What a fantastic company and definitely 5 stars where other companies who I wont name and shame couldn't be bothered to deal with my urgent assistance because it was a sunday this company stepped up to the plate and got me back on the road top company and will definitely recommend this firm.

Uckfield Manager has messed the brakes up and used a tyre that I had to get replaced in less than 2 weeks.

I used SESTyres today, 15 Feb 24.
Th whole service from the initial call, (Will) to the fitter ,(Damien) was seamless and very professional.
If you need new tyres these are the people to use everytime!

Setyres Uckfield dangerous as it allows its staff members to have their children running around the office & garage areas. Health & safety risk at its finest. Shameful

Just went into SeTyres Epsom this morning with large screw in flat tyre. All sorted in 15 minutes, new similar tyre fitted, no need for spare wheel. Thanks guys.

Epsom branch. Very grumpy chap who seemed to be in charge; seemed to need to moan about everything.
Hey management team at SETyres, why not read the reviews and think a bit about how customers are treated? I just have and I'm not the first reviewer to make this comment. Will take my cash elsewhere next time, would rather spend it where the reception is at least pleasant and makes me feel that my custom (and cash) are welcome rather than an inconvenience.

There's another tyre depot 200 yards up the road.... got to be worth a visit there next time

Why would I trust a grumpy person to give me good advice and honest service?
