Sidcup branch,I have overpaid 25pounds for 2 tyres,I have checked online later,rude staff,scammers,careful

Went in to the Sevenoaks branch today to get tyres checked following advisory from MOT. Super helpful and friendly guys there not only recommended tyres at a decent price but noticed that my MOT garage had put a run-flat tyre on my car (totally unsuitable for my make and model). Long story short - refund from the other garage and SE Tyres sold me three tyres for not much more than I paid for ONE tyre at the other garage. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

had two tyres fitted at Sudbury branch where it was pointed out to me that the front OS spring was broken, this was not picked up by the MOT technician at another garage who mot`d my car 3 days earlier. It failed on front tyres and a broken rear spring. Returned the following day for all 4 springs to be replaced, they even gave me a lift into town and picked me up again when work was completed,very happy with the service I received went over and above what I expected.

Great service from the team at Lancing led by Kev. 4 tyres changed, speedy and good price. Polite and helpful staff despite being busy.

Another disappointed customer. If I could leave 0 stars I would too. Took it in to Bexhill Road garage to check for starting issues and asked them to change the oil - the only place I could find to check at short notice so had to get it in as I was going away on a long road trip. Got it home, still had the issues and oil still black, gloopy and no change to level. Still also had the starting issues. Took it to another garage, oil changed - clear for at least a week following a when checked it was a completely different oil level. No starting issues!. I will never use SETyres again and would def not recommend. I disputed the bill and they just emailed me to say they believe the garage completed the task. Waste of time. Absolutely no customer service or value.

Hove branch: Had 4 new tyres fitted on my Peugeot this afternoon. The service was excellent.All the guys there were very professional and polite.

If I could give zero stars I would. 2 front tyres replaced and an hour into the drive the pressure light comes on. One front tyre was on 17psi. The other? 70 PSI! could have caused a blowout and both tyres were leaking air as the pressure had damaged the valves.
No apology when taking the car back just denial and reluctant help. Had to go back twice before they did anything (first time they lied and said they'd checked it)
The other thing was tracking. Pulled to the right after tracking which was fine before. Also reluctant to adjust it but eventually put it right.
Rude. Condescending. Unhelpful.
Plus they can't even put air in a tyre. COME ON!
AVOID these muppets.

First time using Seytyres services today in Hove Old Shoreham Road for a new tyre - positive experience, fair wait time and nice team, i would return :)

Rude staff and lack of professionalism, visited 25/02/2022 at 15:58 with 2 guys sitting around doing nothing and three in the back having a laugh, one tyre went down and asked them to fit a new one, guy told us he’s got too much to do and no staff when we could see them standing there, very rude and unhelpful considering the opening hours are until 5pm

I can not thank them enough !!! My brake pad lights came on and I took them to a well know high street branch and they told me I needed them done and to book them in.. I drove for about another month and booked into sertyres, they managed to get me in last minute as I have a long drive at the weekend, said they would have a look see if it was pad and disks needed and let me know before they started, I had a call from them to say car was done, I was confused as to why they hadn’t called, the reply was you don’t need pads or disks the sensor had come unplugged .. I asked what I owed and the answer was cake… they really could have charged me a massive amount of money today and I would have never of known, I’m very suspicious of the other well know brand on the higher street that had already messed up my car by leaving the fuel cap off after a service.. and told me these brakes needed doing !!!

Well i certainly would not use setyres in worthing or recommend. I had a slow puncture on my car 5 days ago & the warning light came on. My husband took it into the workshop & they said they found it & repaired it.
He paid £25 & i went to use the car yesterday the first time since it was supposed to have been done & the warning light said again low tyre pressure, My husband went back to setyres & was told to come back in the afternoon as they were busy. He went back & was told they would be 20 minutes, 45 minutes later he was still standing waiting. He left & went to another tyre dealer who was extremely helpful & the tyre had not got a slow puncture it was the valve leaking. Why that could not have been found in the first place i do not know!!!

They did the MOT to my car and the driver window didn’t work after I picked it up so they broke it and didn’t tell me anything. I fixed it myself because was late and a bit rainy. I sent an email to the company head office the week after and I am still waiting for an answer. Very disappointed, I won’t come back there or to any of their branches

Uckfield Setyres are superb, spoke to Ben about 4 new tyres, booked next day , job completed quickly and great price. Ben and the team are amazing .

From the chap on the help desk to Will the technician who found the car which was in the back end of nowhere after a encounter with a pot hole. Fast and Professional. Kept me updated with progress as I was unable to attend.

The chap in the workshop was a delight, friendly understanding, but the staff behind the reception counter are awful, they are not only rude to the workshop staff but to the potential customers also, they need to leave a home their problems and not take it out on me "the customer"
Also - take a look around that area, the litter scattered allover the premises should be embarrassing for customers to navigate around, rubber gloves crisp packets the lot.

Received great service from a friendly bunch of staff at the HOVE branch recently. Very pleasant to deal with, friendly and efficient.

I been to Hove old sorenham Road to do wheel alignment and they tried twice unsuccessful ,after I been to kwik fit and they done it successfully .
I will never go to setyres old sorenham Road.

Excellent team of people.
Checked my car over after going into a pothole 10mins before closing time. Nothing was a problem and got it straight into the work shop.
Wouldn’t by my tyres from anywhere else either!
