My new patio table was delivered today and I could not be happier. It is exactly as described, well built and very robust, without being too heavy for me to lug about now and then. And props to the delivery driver who was professional, cheerful and efficient. Many thanks.

Bought a lovely table & 4 chairs from Staffordshire Garden Furniture.
I left my side door key for the driver & got home to find he had delivered and assembled on my patio.
What a great solid set , very comfortable & looks fantastic.

I bought two tables and four chairs. The quality was far superior than anything I could find locally and at an unbeatable price. Although I found them on Amazon, I like to buy directly if I can and I did. Received a text to inform of delivery date and they arrived on that date. They offered to carry them through the lounge to the garden as we don't have a side gate. It was a nice touch to offer. Very well-made, good attention to detail and sturdy. We've had a few compliments. I would buy from this company again.

Driver was organised and efficient. Called when he was 30 min away. Live the fact they use their own driver.
Product is lovely quality and looks beautiful on my sandstone patio.

Ordered a table and six chairs and I'm absolutely delighted with them. They took about a month to arrive but are really well made, solid and look wonderful. The chairs arrived fully made and the table legs and braces were attached to the table top on arrival. Delivery driver was lovely.

I used this company a few years ago with no problems so decided to buy from them again. Ordered another 2 chairs and an swing arbour. Firstly it didn't turn up the day it was meant too, we did get a call to say lorry had broken down but the call was quite late in the day. Ok I thought that can happen to anyone, driver said it would be delivered the next week but it was actually 2 weeks later. I was at work when it came so didn't see it until a couple of days later. When I looked I noticed it had been put together wrong, the back bar has been connected so high the it's impossible to actually swing in the seat. I've emailed several times with no response, won't be buying from them again. Shame really cos the furniture itself is great.
I've now got to find someone to rectify they problem, being an older person I can't do it myself.

From first time we met for a measure to the job being completed. I cannot rate this company high enough. 5* doesn't really do it justice!!

I bought a 6 seater table and chairs through Etsy the quality of the item is fantastic. It was dropped off and positioned in the garden the day it was meant to be. Will be looking at purchasing more items from them in the future.

I ordered Garden furniture on 8th March, told it will arrive by 13th March. I have sent emails, tried calling, I only get automated responses claiming they do not monitor their delivery company. I still not been able to speak to or get an honest response, Order cancelled and full refund requested via Amazon. My bank is investigating. I strongly advise no-one to use this company.

Have just received the 2 seater bench. Was later than expected. But we'll worth the wait. Beautiful wood lovely finish on it too. Would highly recommend them. We are so happy with it. Would buy from them again.

Bought a second garden dining table. Excellent quality, good value and very helpful delivery guy who assembled it quickly. Recommended!

We are over the moon with our new chairs and table. The quality and workmanship is outstanding and communication and delivery times very good. We will certainly now be purchasing matching items for our garden. Friendly delivery driver, who placed the item in our garden before we even knew he was there. Excellent!

Absolutely delighted with our gazebo/bar.
The lads worked so hard none stop. Would even sop for a drink. Wouldn't take payment until finished and we was satisfied. No need I was satisfied when I saw the first few parts going together. By far exceeds our expectations.

Gave a date for delivery date came amd went with no delivery,emailed for a date came back with a date in June, ca. Not trust them to deliver so have cancelled and requested a refund, terrible company to deal with wasted my time so beware don't order anything from them you will be disappointed.

This is our second garden bench purchased from SGF, previous one was in 2015 . Ordering online was straightforward and delivery within 7 days. The driver carried it through to the back of our property for us and gave advice about future care .
The build quality is excellent and it has improved since 2015. We've used 2 coats of a Light Oak Preservative Wood Stain and it's really brought out the beauty of the wood. Overall an excellent purchase that, if looked after, should last us beyond 10 years

Have to say, despite quite a few bad reviews on here. I couldn’t be happier. Decided what I wanted on their site. Rang them up, explained the configuration I wanted, double seat 6ft table and bench. Paid and 9 days later it is sitting on my patio looking just fine. And it is good quality for the price. All furniture you are leaving out in the British elements will require extra treatment applied no matter who you buy it from. I would also say don’t pay too much attention to bad reviews that go back to 2022 and before, even early 2023. Anyone who wasn’t in a coma will know there was a major shortage of timber after the dreaded Covid19. On top of major shipping issues from overseas, so any business reliant on timber and especially timber coming from overseas, were faced with a nightmare of delayed arrivals and big hikes in prices. This review probably sounds a bit like I work for this lot, I don’t, I never heard of them before I did a search for locally produced garden furniture. I paid a fortune for IKEA garden furniture about 2 years ago and it’s in a skip already.

Excellent table chairs and 2 benches, delivered on time they kept contact with me, I did pay over the phone as my bank was not happy with a bank transfer apparently scams work that way. Very polite staff can not believe how big solid and well made they are and for the price amazing.
