Felt like a downgrade from our last shark
We wanted a iz400 without all the accessories. Unfortunately the “basic” package was more expensive than the one with all the extras. Once it arrived we threw all the extras straight in the bin. Such a waste when companies do this.
Unlike the iz300 we had previously, the iz400 squeaks when moving the hoover in a backwards motion. Only had it a week, so not great!

I purchased my cordless shark vacuum with PayPal credit - meaning a low monthly payment. I’ve wanted one for ages so this made it possible! I was not disappointed! It arrived quickly and DPD followed my instructions perfectly. The vacuum itself snaps together really easily and owning it has changed my life! It is powerful, lightweight and always ready to go! The charging dock that empties for you is genius! I vacuum every day now - sometimes twice, and I’m always amazed by how much it picks up! My home has never been so clean! This machine is the love of my life!
