Very impressed with my new cordless self emptying stick hoover. replacement for my old one. cleans and picks up much better. i like it has 3 power levels and empties into the holding bin. ordered and received within 24 hours,and automatic registering of the guarantee by Shark as ordered direct from their website.

I ordered a new vacuum cleaner on the SharkNinja website at a very good price, had a free accessory included, plus I also qualified for their over 55's discount. I ordered the item at 1130, it was despatched later that afternoon and was delivered 24 hours later. The free accessory was delivered separately and arrived several hours before the vacuum. Excellent service all round.

I made contact because I couldn't find the replacement filter bits on the website. The very quickly got back in touch to say they would send it out to me free of charge - amazing service. I have recently moved from Dyson to Shark on the advice of the sales person in a high street retailer who particularly said that customers were praising the customer service and the shark has a much better warrantee and is generally better value for money. From my experience so far I certainly agree that the customer service is fantastic.

Had to contact you about a broken vac you was brilliant but the email only attached 2 photos out of 3 so the complaint only dealt with one part which was done that fast before the other email with the 3rd photo got to you ,waiting to receive contact about that but otherwise brilliant

The steam mops delivered fast, great communication, and the mops work really well. Will be confident in ordering other items from sharkninja

Couldn’t believe how fast the delivery was!

Despitd leaving instructions to leave parcel in the porch and front door unlocked,he just dumped it outside and ran off, I just saw him do it as I walked into my lounge from the kitchen. Luckily it was not raining. Obviously cannot follow instructions

Order my shark fan on a Wednesday received it 9.15am the next day . Bought 2 shark fans from Costco at the time £90 each . But wanted one more in lovely pink this time . With 30% off the price. The only thing shark should change is a way to get into the front to clean the blades. As you can’t with this fan.

We had an issue with one part of our vacuum cleaner. The problem was sorted in a couple of days. A new part was sent out. From the first email being sent, to the new part being delivered, was less than a week.
