Great turn around and my knives are BETTER than new!

They did exactly what they advertise sharpest knives that I’ve ever had.

Knowing my knives would once again be SHARP and that I could do it online and by mail with little hassle led me to use Sharpenters. My daughter told me about the service after she raved about how easy it was to do.

My initial envelope had somehow been packed so that the tapes in the package stuck everything together and ruined my shipping label, but as soon as I contacted Sharpenters by email they were right on it, sending a replacement and protective sleeves.

My knives just returned a few days ago. I’m very pleased with the sharpness. The hardest part of the whole process was doing without professional sharp cutlery for a while!

I was skeptical at the beginning, specially when they charge you first and then you have to cross your fingers in order to wait for the “envelope”.
But if came after a couple of days, sent the knives and in just 2 days they got them; it took another couple of days when I received an email saying that my knives were coming back. The problem “started” when USPS never updated the tracking number so I sent a text to Costumer Service; they replied next day and explained 2 possible explanations and told me to wait until Friday to see if my knives arrive and I got them today.
Sharp as hell. So 5 stars from my experience

I was expecting razor sharp knives sadly they were not as I expected. Good job not great.

Good idea, but they did a lousy job at sharpening. I really wanted this to be a good service, and the first time I sent my Global knives, they came back in great shape. Unfortunately, the next two times I sent them, they came back duller than before. The second time, I did a full set of cutting tests before and after to confirm my sentiment. I assume Sharpenters just got too big and lost their quality control. I did complain twice but no reply at all.

It was easy! Mail my dull knives to Sharpenters and receive super sharp knives back. So happy with the results!

The knives are sharp, however there are black stains on three of the knives. Also the serrated knife has much smaller teeth, I would have expected to the depth to be the same and points just sharper. These are difficult to sharpen.

These people are the best. I used an electric sharpener and completely ruined a serrated shun bread knife. They put an entirely new edge on it. Saved one of my favorite knives! Great job!!!

Clearest communications and instructions ever! Easy to ship in provided envelope and super quick service in getting my knives sharpened and returned to me in top shape. I have Cutco knives, which I know can be sharpened for free by any salesperson. Sharpenter's takes it to a much higher level and they don't try to upsell you on more knives!

Loved the quick turnaround and especially how sharp my newly returned knives are! There is nothing more depressing than trying to cook with dull knives! I have tried local professionals and home sharpeners that promised the world. NOTHING can come close to the edge my knives have from Sharpeners!!! I am a customer for life.

I've been a customer of theirs for about 1.5 years, their results are OK. Turn around times are excellent.
They need to offer a higher grade of finish on the blades, some of mine are specialty knives that cost a lot. The finish works well enough but rougher than i'd like. If I sent them a pearing knife, it would not be sharp enough to use the way you would use a pearing knife. These knives came from the factory much sharper than they do from Sharpenters.

For reasons unknown to me they stopped sending me shipping packets, and terminated doing business with me as of late last year.. No attempt to contact me by email or in writing to explain their actions was made.
