Never received order, no response from email or instagram. Basically took my money and ghosted :) Don’t buy from this brand

I NEVER received my order. This is terrible customer service, I never received any response from you either. Pls refund me.

Ordered a bikini, emailed straight away the day it arrived asking if I could exchange and no response. Sent 4 emails and it’s been 4 weeks. Customer service is poor. Wasted £75 on a bikini because they couldn’t be bothered to reply…

I ordered a bikini from here for my holiday to Ibiza. A full week went by after I ordered the bikini with no email to say it had been shipped or any update on it, I messaged the seller on instagram and sent an email, to which she replied two days later telling me it was being shipped the next day. The bikini arrived and I tried it on, it was nice but was way too big for me, I realised there was a 2 week exchange only policy which was totally understandable for a customer made small business. I emailed various times and sent multiple instagram messages within these 2 weeks about an exchange so I didn’t loose out on money. No correspondence from the business what so ever. Convenient they reply to you once they’ve received the money for your item but if you want to potentially cost them money by sending it back they don’t answer. I never write reviews, and if this was a £30 bikini I wouldn’t be too bothered, but this was almost £100. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

the bikini was lovely, I ordered a skirt to go over which at first I thought was material off cuttings but once on it was nice. The customer service was wonderful and they were so helpful as I needed to exchange size but did not want to return the top unless a replacement would arrive in time for my hen party which they said it would (it didn’t) so now I had to buy another outfit last minute and I’m left with a Opal bikini in size S (it’s on Vinted if you want it) which really annoyed me tbh.

Super cute and happy with purchase! Definitley recommend - exactly as advertized. My only qualm is shipping took forever and the purple swim suit wasnt as "rich" as the image but still cute.

I am absolutely gutted that I ordered a couple of bikinis for my hen do on the 13th of March, I needed to exchange them as they were too small- they then took 5 weeks to reply so I could exchange them- it’s now been nearly 3 weeks and I still haven’t had my exchanged order and I go in 2 days- it’s clear I won’t get these bikinis for what I ordered them for🥲 I’ve tried contacting the company so many times, even Kelly herself and I am just being ignored. They seem to just take your money and not care about sorting issues out!!! What a waste of money, I now need to try and find next day delivery bikinis that I will have to spend more on!

SHOCKING SCAM COMPANY.
Avoid at all costs.

Paid £12.99 for next day delivery over a week ago and still no item. Then I had a Royal Mail card come through saying the item couldn’t be received as the sender hadn’t paid full postage - so I’ve now paid another £3.50.

Don’t even want the item now as it’s too late but too scared to return as the company just ignores me. What is going on?

I would give zero stars if I could. Firstly the bikinis are cheap and nasty feeling. I’m pretty sure you can get similar/same ones from the popular MUCH cheaper web sites - they look the same.
Customer service is awful. They don’t reply to any emails. Have had to take up dispute with my bank as I returned items, received no refund and they won’t reply!

My order never shipped. I contacted the customer service multiple times and received an email that it would be shipping but never did. I am now going through a dispute with my bank.

Very poor customer service, ordered a bikini that itself was £70, when it arrived the quality was atrocious and the ‘metal hardware’ was plastic. Emailed to complain and was told I was sent ‘old stock’ and offered to send new and ‘improved’ stock in exchange.. if I’m paying £70 I expect to be given the new and better quality on first purchase not crappy old stock. When I declined this offer I was told I can only get store credit and no refund on my card! Why on hell would I want store credit from a shop I will NEVER purchase from again. When I declined this again, my emails began being ignored for now over a week!

Stunning design and lovely material I still have my green/ yellow bikini from last year & had to get the white/ red one this time !
