i try to give a good star but am done…

i try to give a good star but am done with shinjiru support is slow am trying to contact them am having problem with my server network extremly slow and they dont answer my project is down and no one is answering and they say 24/7 support its all lie

anyone trying to use shinjiro get ready for bad support and slow response

my server is down i cant even run it

Shinjiru the best provider!

Shinjiru - Malaysia is simply the best. Their online tech team 24/7 really supports what we need anytime! With their good pricing as well it's amongst the best providers in town I would say! And Joe was a life saver!

I'm a user for many years and I highly recommend Shinjiru for their packages offer and also excellent services & support. Had a problem with cert and it was solved in within 30 mins with crystal clear instructions 👍 kudos guys!

Zack is super helpful

Zack is super helpful. Btw their support team is always responsive at needs. But only during normal office hours. Would be awesome if they can extend to 24/7 supports
