This company's major plus is their excellent communications, very well informed throughout, including live updates of the delivery locations from 24hrs before actual delivery.
Very well equipped too, good range of collection vehicles and trailers to suit all requirements.
Very pleased with the whole service, and will definitely use them again.

I received quotes promptly. Once I had chosen a removal company the untrue clear and communication good.
Removers arrived on time to uplift the items (although they were very grumpy). The guys who delivered the items however were very friendly and helpful!

Very good choice of delivery options - the one I chose was excellent.
However it was rather a shock to immediately be presented with additional insurance persuasion of £400.
I did not take it, but some may succome unfortunately.

Really easy and very happy with the driver booked, he made the shipment easy, was on time and my car was delivered with the upmost care. Would use again without hesitation.

Great service I was nervous at first as not used before. Three-way messsging with ebay seller, courier and user is excellent. Good value courier, reliable and safe delivery. Customer service were also very helpful and responsive.

We had a horrible experience with this company. Avoid at all costs if you want a smooth moving day. They caused us unbelievable stress. They promised to arrive at 4 pm on the moving day, however they arrived at 7:30 pm. John sent us 2 men who have b een working since 5 am and drove 3 hours to get to us. They were extremely exhausted and kept moaning. They said that John lied to them about the size of the job and didn't want to finish the job. We had to ask the buyers of our house to allow us to move the rest of our stuff next morning. We finished that day at 11 pm and had to pay the full quote to them. John then sent us another team next morning and we had to pay them again. So we paid double the quote and moved on 2 days. They caused us unnecessary stress, paid double and we were legally in breach of contract because of them.
