Lost a loyal customer due to greed
I've been a member for years. Use to love them. Now they are a scam. They will charge a card not tied to your membership. The VIP credits can't be used as your money. If a shoe is on sale for $10. You have to pay for it separately or use an entire VIP credit which is $50. Such a disappointment. They don't even have a good selection of shoes as they use to have. I will be cancelling my membership as soon as I find something to purchase with my 2 unauthorized charges towards VIP credits.
Charged me more for tariffs than taxes!

Not pleased...
Well, firstly, it just would not let me buy anything on my phone. I had to wait until I was able to buy it on my computer. Secondly, I kept trying to add a new card to my account. It would not allow me to do it. Lastly, I tried to delete the old card but, that is not even an option. I thought that it would be an option only on their website but, no. I wasn't even able to buy a couple of the items that I wanted to because I had to use my credit card that was already on there. I am not happy with my experience at all. I never have anything bad to say about this company or really any other company but, this one shook me. I will say that the customer service was good though it did not help.

Disappointed in recent service
I am impressed by the extensive selection available. However, I was disappointed by the cancellation of my previous order due to inventory constraints, especially since the items appeared to remain in stock upon my return. My intention was to utilize my accrued credits, secure the desired items, and subsequently close my account. I was charged $44.97 on July 4th and again on July 11th. Despite receiving an email indicating a delay, the order was ultimately canceled. While a refund of both funds and credits was processed, this experience was unsatisfactory. As a valued customer, I expected a higher level of service.

item missing with no help!
I received my order today, and I was missing a pair of shoes, also I realized that my order sheet was missing too. I called customer service and they told me to call back in 48 hours.
Why is it my responsibility to call back, so I asked for an emailed that I could reference when I do call back, and was told just to call back, in 2 days. Worst customer service! As a person who’s worked in customer service for 20 years that doesn’t even make sense how they handled the situation!

This company is disgusting
This company is disgusting. They will take your money quickly and then claim it expires without proper notification. They are horrible and should be sued for theft and fraud. Pathetic. I am researching a class action.

Membership Is a Waste of Money…
You aren't able to utilize the VIP credits efficiently. I earned points that translate to credits, but they are never applied too my orders. I'm trying to burn the through what I have paid for because the membership is no longer advantageous--I am just giving away money at this point.
