No celeb collabs...shoes are UGLY AND CHEAP!

Ever since the collabs with celebs like Gwen Stefani ended...the shoes have been trash and UGLY! Might as well appeal to senior demographics at this point. The shoes are no longer stylish! Ewww

ShoeDazzle always has the best products for the best price for not only VIP customers but also for new customers they are the greatest place to find shoes clothes purses accessories and more!!

Credit-- Sure

Apparently, I had 2 credits, I forgot to opt out of the months, and still had to pay. I thought it would give me at least $100 credit, guess I was wrong. 🤣

Do right by your customers

ShoeDazzle, come on now I have been reading people reviews and it doesn't sound good,If you running a live company like this you and your company doesn't need to be on the map what you are doing is messing with people livelihood of money and it's wrong of course people need clothing shoes food or whatever etc be straight with your company handle up on your business right be straight with your customers and your business will be strong and you'll make money, because I'm buyer. Customer service is bad that make up stuff when they don’t know what to do

Customer service is bad the people overseas don’t know what they are doing it was awful they made up something because they couldn’t figure out what the problem was!!!
Horrible service!!!!!!!
They don’t know what they are doing and gave me the run around!!!

They only want your bank account

They only want your bank account , so they can auto bill EVERY month regardless of purchase . Products are JUNK . Had 2 pairs of boots barely over a year old completely fall apart , unwearable and garbage . No exchange or credit offered . BUYER BEWARE .

Daughter was charged a $49.95 VIP Membership

My daughter was charged a $49.95 VIP membership for which she did not knowingly signup. This is very disappointing and the response she received when she called the Customer Service was for the person that answered to hang up while she was sharing her negative experience.

In reading the reviews here it seems VIP Membership charges are a frequent issue for customers. This indicates to me a business practice which might be deceptive at worst and not clearly stated to customer in a way that can be easily understood.

I will be reaching out to customer service Monday AM.

This is incredibly disappointing and an unnecessary approach to online retail and customer service.
