Late January, I visited the Centralia, IL location. Went to see my favorite manager and to pick out some new hey dudes. When I walked in, my girl was crying and looked like death. When I got her to talk to me she said she was in the middle of working 8 days in a row and her dad was dying and she couldn't be with him because she had to keep the store open because no one would help her. I went back to that store yesterday, 4/1/26, to see if they had any new styles and to check on my favorite manager and her father, and they tell me the company FIRED HER! They said she was fired because her wife came to the store to often. Are you serious? This woman was dealing with her own health issues, going to the Dr twice a week, dealing with her dad passing and working open to close 8 days in a row! Of course her wife was stopping by the store! When else was she expected tomaee her wife? What was wrong with her wife picking her up to go to the Dr when she needed to? Why was it ok for them to not only tell me they fired her but to tell me why? I left without making a purchase, and I promise, I'll never be back! That woman dedicated 9 years to your store and you just FIRE her? You all need your heads examined! And the person that made the decision to fire her, needs to be investigated to find out why? Don't let me find out it was because she was gay, or because of her health, oh, maybe that was the cover up! Seems plausible to me to use something as minor as her wife to cover up the illegal reasons to fire her! Trust me, she will be told that I was told she was fired and why and I'll be sure to plant the seed as to the illegal reasons she may have been fired! By the way, no one greeted me or talked to me until I asked for Gina! Service was awful!

Went to Granite Falls Shoe Sensation and the Best young girl helped me, "EMILY"She was Repectfully/ kind. She didn't rush me, showed me so many choices. I couldn't Believe how Amazing sells person I've seen in a Long time. THANK YOU for restoring my sight on young sales ladies!!! I recommend a bonus for her.

I love the Clinton store. The girls are so friendly and ready to help but not be pushy. The manager is always there helping and answer questions. I really like this store and I definitely will return and encouraging everyone to stop by. Wonderful place and friendly employees. Great job

Carthage, TX. Wonderful customer service. My husband and I went in the other evening, and Veronica really took care of us. We were unaware the store was closing soon, she didn't complain, she had very cheerful attitude. I bought a pair of shoes that night, and went back over the weekend for a p6air of cleats for our son. Veronica remembered us, with same wonderful service. Definitely recommend this location and this store. Thank you Veronica.

Just ordered online went through the payment process and then it said something about maintenance to the website. Luckily I paid through PayPal. But it’s not showing any purchase transaction nor did I get an email confirmation. Now I have to monitor this shit?

I visited Shoe Sensation last week. I found a pair of Skechers that I liked. There was a sign saying, buy one get another pair 1/2 off. I brought two pairs of shoes to pay and leave. The cashier tells me that the BOGO isn’t active, another brand is. I asked why is there a sign stating the Skechers were on sale? She said they must have missed that one when they were taking them down. I asked if they would honor it since it was their mistake and said they wouldn’t. I’ll go to Kohl’s from now on. You live you learn.

I don't recommend you order online to pick up at store with them. First off their website doesn't tell you if your local store has the item in stock or not. So if you order you expect it to be pulled for you to pick up. WRONG! Second, they don't get ain any hurry to fill and ship your order. You can't get status update from the store and the shipping "tracking" number on your account page doesn't say who it's shipped through and clicking on track package doesn't help. I spent 200.00 for one item that took twice as long to get than if I would have ordered through Amazon. I will not make another purchase here again.

I found out (the hard way) that it makes a HUGE difference which Shoe Sensation store you visit. Had a great experience at the one in St. Mary's, OH with Nicole and Sandy who really bend over backwards to provide a great shopping experience. This is totally unlike an experience I had at one MUCH close to my house!!

My boyfriend went into the Washington Indiana location today to get shoes said when he got there there were two girl at the register didn’t even acknowledge him or say hi or let me know if I can help you. He walked around the entire store and no one ever even came to ask him if he needed any help. He ended up buying a pair of shoes, but I just feel like this is ridiculous. It’s happened more than once.

PLEASE fix your online shopping website. It has said "undergoing Maintenance please check back soon" for the past 24 hours. This is extremely frustrating!

When I walked in I was greted at the door and I was shown exactly wat I needed they even sold me a second pair and I only went in for work. The employee that help me was very nice and when we asked about a pair that were in bad shape she called up her manager and made sure that we would get a discount. I loved the cost and I love the quality

I absolutely love the shoes....they are a gift for my grandsons..I bought 2 pairs...shipping was fast, the pricing was awesome..the packaging was great...will definitely being ordering again....absolutely satisfied.....great experience.....

Shaq Victory wide cost $43 for the equivalent of Walmart cheapies. The shoes didn't fit under the correct size, are unsupportive, and wore down instead of molding to the foot. I was unaware of this product being imported and the shoes slipped after a week of wear.

I bought some shoes here in Wilkesboro, NC. I ordered a pair of Lugz I ordered from Shoe Sensation 6 weeks ago. The memory foam soles have holes forming on both sides already. My right side is causing a blister on my foot. The leather coating is super thin on these shoes and wearing off already!!

I tried to bring them back for a return and this is what they said:
"We have a 30 day return policy and you CANT wear the shoes outside".

What!? Who buys shoes and dont wear them outside? And these were my work shoes, in an office environment. The only outside wear they had were from my car to get inside the building. These shoes are horrible in quality and because they said I wore them outside and its been 2 weeks outside the 30 days I cant return them.

Garbage....Not buying shoes at Shoe Sensation again, will ensure everyone I know hears this experience.

I went in to buy my prom shoes and they didn't have them in stock. I went to order them in a different size and have them delivered to my house. I opened the box with my shoes and they were the same ones i returned to get a different size and it was the same size. Not very happy!!!

Horrible customer service, received a pair of shoes they were too tight reached out after about 3 days I received a reply that I could return these shoes for a refund, never in the email did it clear did it State there would be a restocking fee and I received two emails for them with the procedure, this company is a rip-off shady business practices

Bought a pair of shoes for over $100...refunded within 2 hours and instead of getting the money back into my account it showed they did a second charge. Now I'm out over $200 and have nothing to show for it. This store just stole my money and claims there is nothing they can do about it because they show that they refunded when in reality they double-charged.

I went to the Paragould, Arkansas store for shoes. Store number 855. It took 45 minutes for me to find 2 pairs of shoes while the workers stood behind the counter and had friends standing there talking to them. Not one worker greeted anyone the whole time I was in there and never tried to help anyone. Personally I think the main off needs to make a clean sweep of the store. Fire every one there get new employees and teach them what customer service is really about. Will never go back would rather drive 30 miles to Jonesboro. Very bad customer service and employees!!
