Speedy refunds
Good communication from Shopmium. Only problem is that even though I have large stores of all major supermarkets close to where i live, the items are rarely stocked.

Very easy to use and get cash back very quickly with little effort. Takes seconds.

Only trouble is living in Cornwall, there are many offers where goods not available so you miss out on offers. Expect that is due to producer testing out new products in larger city areas. Live somewhere with more people and it’s 5*!

Great way to try new foods or receive discount on things you already like. Better if you live near a larger supermarket. Purchases are reviewed quickly and rewards paid.

Shopmium great way to try new products and save money. I have been using this app for quite a while now and have saved over £600. Would definately recommend it.

I like Shopmium but it’s very hard to find some of the products when you ask in thr shop like sainsburys they say we don’t stock that product anymore and it’s on a few different items It gets to hard work to try and locate them to try

To be honest I did not believe that app work. It is not a spam and I have saved so much money and discovered new products.

I've used Shopmium for a while. Great offers and prompt refunds.

Great so far shame they don’t have more offer that are in my shop at the time. And more offer that are more to my needs and free.

Great way of allowing me to try products I may not normally try without paying full price for them. The process of claiming the cash back is straight forward and the process time is very quick.

My grievance with the app is that some of the T&Cs on the products are very difficult to follow i.e. occasionally you can purchase may flavours/scents of a product where as other times, you are limited just to one. Once you have purchased the product, it is a little late if you are unable to claim the cashback as I have unfortunately found out.

The app could be made better by being more interactive when using it in store i.e. being able to keep items in a basket so that all that needs to be scanned is the receipt at the end of the shop.

Shopmium offers are good enough. After the surge of inflation, almost all cashback apps have decreased the number of completely free products. Now, most of the products are half priced or third off. Their support service is prompt. Sometimes, they respond me on the same day. On my birthday, they gave me free box of celebrations worth £4. That was very appealing to me that they care for their customers.

Easy to use app. Good offers most of the time with a good variety. Efficient payment process.

Reasonable range of offers and products and prompt payment made on claims. Easy to use although some products (bottles mainly) can be hard to scan.
