Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Have been misled and sent from one department to another. No delivery. They tried to tell me my item was delivered but was returned now trying to redeliver. This merry-go-round has been happening for a month. They are not engaging with a request for a refund. Don’t bother with this company. Nothing but a headache. Only giving one star because I can’t give none.

Got scammed from these guys. They said order wS delivered twice after 4 weeks . Never came.over months emailing back and forth they keep telling me the sent refund bit never did. Do not use these guys

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Ordered two trouser hangers and received one free. First hanger fell apart as I hung my trousers on it. Poor quality Chinese made rubbish. I tried to get a refund and after several unhelpful emails I finally got into the 'Returns Centre website page.

The outcome was, they wanted to charge me £306.78 for the return label ??? When I queried this i was told that, as the returns centre is in the US, that would be the price of shipping back.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - A COMPLETE SHAM. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL STRUGGLE TO GET IT BACK IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT

The blanket was much thinner than what I expected. I live in Canada so thicker blankets are better for me.

Read reviews and don’t buy from this shameful company

Ordered a rug for my granddaughter and chose this site as it stated delivery would be 2 - 3 days. I waited 13 days for the item to be shipped from abroad. I received the rug today and it is an absolute disgrace that this company has sold it at all never mind for over £30. The quality is absolutely appalling and it is going straight in the bin where it belongs. The print on the rug is damaged everywhere, it’s cheap and a complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY you will regret it.
