Very happy and satisfied customer
Was quite skeptical after I had lodged my order. I was getting worried that it was a scam website, as I hadn’t heard anything about my order for a couple of weeks, but that was defintely not the case. With great communication via email, the procedure was explained to me and it was all good and received my purchase not too long after that. And I just love what I purchased!!! I will be purchasing from them again. Would highly recommend.

The product i ordered took a long time…
The product i ordered took a long time to arrive. 1 of it was faulty, i tried sending 3-4 videos but they couldn’t view it, yahoo mail wouldn’t let me attached video more than 25MB, but even a 20 secs of video still they couldn’t view it, and Angelo said, unless they will receive and see a video of the product they won’t be able to proceed with the replacement which is very disappointing. I asked if the company have whatsapp and i can send the video through there but was just ignored. They gave me a freebie hanger that was rubbish, very poor quality. Will never order again from this company.

I ordered a piece from Moderny from the internet. I failed to give the correct mailing address as it was a gift, not coming to me. With minimal hassles, Monica took care to change the address. Poor quality
Received some multi purpose hangers and they are really bad quality. I left a review which hasn't shown up on the product. All the reviews are 4 o'r 5 stars so I'm confident these are not legitimate as the product is clearly not worth the price. Avoid this website

I ordered the Multi-Functional Pants…
I ordered the Multi-Functional Pants Rack × 3 and recommend AVOIDING this. They have all literally broken to pieces, flimsy and beyond repair, I had to throw them all away. After complaining about this to customer service I was advised that nothing could be done as I was beyond the 30 day policy, other than a 30% discount on future purchases. Bearing in mind that the items also took weeks to arrive. I won’t be using the discount, as I won’t be ordering anything else from this company.

Great selection of whimsical and practical products.
Great selection of a variety of fun artistic products - some very practical and functional and then some are just whimsical and clever. I thought the new tariffs with China (product shipped from) would really slow down the delivery time but it was about the same, 10-14 days. I know this seems like a long time compared to some big brand U.S companies but you can check the status online. Everything is packaged well and I've never had anything damaged in the 3 orders I've placed.

Consistently beautiful blankets
The quality of the blankets I've ordered (4 so far) has been excellent - the pillows not so much. Trying to return them was a disaster. I'll stick to purchasing only blankets going forward.
