Firstly my original order went missing. I contacted customer services and they were very helpful. because they was out stock for the part I ordered they sent me a more expensive replacement at no extra charge and they sent it express delivery. I would recommend them to anyone.

We ordered a shower door wheel to replace one that had broken and although this was not a large purchase, our order arrived fast and was exactly what we wanted, The shower door wheel was well described and pictured and identical to the one that had broken, so what more could we ask for?

Needed a shower unit quickly, oredered, queried deliverly with Lee, Lee promised delivery on certain day, unit came as promised - plus was best price on internet.

I needed to check the diameter and thread width of a shower part. The staff could not have been better and were able to give me all the required details immediately. I have subsequently purchased other items from the company and have found the same level of service on each occasion.
It was heartening to find a company that is so efficient and capably at what they do.
Full marks, wish all companies were as good.

The product we needed was available in the quantity we needed and was delivered the next working day, as promised.

Easy to order - delivery on time - shame that the installer (me) took longer than normal to fit. This was supposed to be easy fit for an existing triton shower. All the hole fixings were in the wrong positions - difficult to install 15mm compression elbow's onto existing pipework.
All now fixed and working as hoped

Your fast replies to my emails impressed me. It took the full six days for the wheels to arrive. I made a mistake. And ordered. The wrong size. I was impressed by the fact that you would notify me when fresh stock arrives

I found the part I needed very easily on the website and it arrived within a few days.

Ordering to delivery, of the best price shower head that I found on the net was faultless

The description was "showered and hose". The shower head does not fit the hose. They are entirely different. Waste of money.

Shower of course. The service I received was excellent from ordering to delivering. I ordered a replacement shower hose. I realised the length I ordered was going to be to short. I notified them straight away they changed the length on my order. I received my order in a few days as promised and the length was perfect. Well done I would definitely recommend you to anyone. Oh and the price was good as well

I got what I ordered. quickly, easily couldn't be better. The product is of good quality.

The Showershopuk is good but the peoplle who produce the shower are rubbish. They print meaningless guarantee whiich is repeated on your website.

I am pleased with the product however, I have only ordered from the company twice. Each time I have paid extra for next delivery and each time it hasn't arrived next day. I find this very disappointing. The first time, I made a complaint and and I was reimbursed the postage.
