We are so delighted our living flame gas fire is fixed . We were told by lots of plumbers they would not deal with these fires ( as parts are hard to find) but it didn’t need parts , just a reassembly of the coals and cleaning blocked flues . Thanks to this plumber we don’t have to fork out 3,000 for a brand new fire and we will now have a lovely fire for Xmas day. So very grateful for your help on this most stressful situation . 🌺🌺🌺🌺😀

Engineer Austen pleasant, efficient and very helpful. Serviced boiler and explained what is required for Equipotential Bonding.

You have to wait for these guys but when the do a job they do it right and at a reasonable price. We had a radiator with a stuck tap and a leak. Every plumber we contacted would come, shake their head and tell us they needed more tools and would be in touch, never to be seen again. Kelman came out, stripped the tap and rebuilt it, curing the leak. Then cleaned up after the job was done. Great service

Our old boiler broke down in August after 40 years and we requested a quote from Simon Kelman Plumbing & Heating Ltd and Donnie Maclean came out promptly to provide a professional survey and competitive quote. Agreed start date 17 September 2024. We were delighted to see the engineers (Craig & Gordon) arrive on time as arranged and they wasted no time to start the project and did not stop all day except when I gave them cups of tea !!!! They were very Professional and the standard of craftsmanship was excellent connecting the new boiler to my existing pipework also the installation of the flue to the roofline and great job with the external flashing very tidy with little mess. Boiler works really well and completely meets our expectations. What a great feeling it is to have our Central heating Working Again and a warm home throughout. Follow up visit from Donnie Maclean after fitment to check everything was to satisfaction also supporting staff friendly and very efficient and would recommend Simon Kelman Plumbing & Heating Ltd to anyone.

After being let down big style by another company we contacted Simon Kelman and were offered a visit early the next morning. Unfortunately we were still waiting on the part for our boiler which was delayed by the carrier. Austen came out to us the following day and installed the part. He really did go above and beyond for us and after 14 days without heating or hot water during freezing temperatures we were so grateful.
