Excellent service. I have used Simon Kelman twice recently and both times they were knowledgeable and efficient.

Engineer arrived at the correct time and carried out our service with no issues. Slightly concerned that their was no mention of Covid on the company web site or during the booking process. Had to ask twice if the engineer needed to come into our property and the engineer wasn’t given our correct address?

1time used simon kelman plumping and heating my gas centrel heating system had a water leak phoned on monday came on thursday quick response within 10 min found the fault need to get a small part to fix it job done on monday customer service was really helpfull in expleaning what needed to be done very resonable price very satasifed customer highly recomended tom

Got a new boiler installed on 18th January 2021. Can't be more pleased with it. The guys turned up on time, followed the covid procedures and cleaned up after. You'd never know they'd been here.

Excellent service from initial phone call requesting a quote to completion of work. The guys doing the work were first rate and worked really hard. No mess and work completed well within the time scale. Delighted with the service we received, and would not hesitate to recommend.

New Boiler fitted when promised. I am delighted with the service that I received. All staff that I dealt with were excellent including Engineers and office staff. The Boss was brilliant as well.

We had a wee emergency during the Covid 19 lock down. Kelmans replied to my email in good time followed up with a phone call to discuss. It was deemed an emergecy & Craig made us aware of the protocols he would be applying during his visit. Job completed to our satisfaction, so much so I will be using them again without hesitation.

Absolutely shocking - I instructed them to fix my maserator - I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for them to get someone over and they then didnt rememdiate the issue, left and I was charged £90 without anyone informing me that there would be an investigational charge with the risk of the work not being done

Definitely MUST easily be the FASTEST plumbers in the Highlands, going by the speed their minibus full of employees enters and leaves the Springfield building site in Lochloy, Nairn...!!! It’s a wonder the vehicle has any suspension left.....!! They must all be SO KEEN to get to their work every morning, but even keener to get home, as they leave even FASTER.....!!

Had an old gas back boiler and fire system removed and replaced with a new Worcester combi. Job was completed quickly and efficiently. Great choice of Finance plans and 10 year guarantee. Follow up visit from Glyn after fitment to check everything was to satisfaction.

From the initial phone call to the bill payment I received excellent service from this company. They were interested in my business and came when the said they would. The 2 guys who came offered advice and did several jobs for me.There was no comparison to the shoddy experiences I had received from other companies years ago. The bill was very reasonable and I have no hesitation in recommending this company to other people. I was told how good this company was by a friend. I am pleased to say they were correct. Donnie and his partner (forget the lad's name) turned up at my flat bang on time. The boys introduced themselves with a handshake (nice touch) and fully explained the entire job. I was living elsewhere for the duration, so left a spare key with them and let them get on with things. Donnie kept in touch by phone and I popped up now and again to check on progress. The job was finished at the agreed time and I have to say what a thoroughly superb job they have done. Their professionalism and customer service skills are a credit to their firm. A couple of first class lads who carried out a first class job. I am delighted with my new heating system and would recommend Simon Kelman Heating & Plumbing 100%. Thanks lads........cracking job!!

6 weeks to repair fire, fitted wrong part firstly as fitter was unable to diagnose fault properly. Finally got right part after 6 weeks and repeated calls to them. I made the mistake of telling them I had alternative heating, so they weren't to bothered. Over inflated the price for replacement parts by approx 150% plus £7.50 petrol charge for a 3 mile trip. Be wary when using their services. If possible get quotes for other respectable companies. I feel that I have been charged excessively for a simple job.

Always used them for my Gas work ,always there when they say they will be , Always do a great job and you can get on with any of the team and very reasonable priced when the bill comes in.
Would recommend them to any one .

We've had the boiler serviced twice by this firm and would recommend - engineer arrived early the first year, slightly after agreed time on second year but engineer apologised even though he wasn't that late. No mess left behind after the work was completed. Got a Christmas card from them this year containing a code for securing a discount on next boiler service, nice surprise!
