Simple life homes
I have recently started renting a simple life home in the Burton on Trent area. What a fantastic experience and excellent home. A special thank you to Paulina and Danielle in being extremely helpful ensuring we had everything in place for the tenancy. The entire experience has been a pleasure from start to finish and I highly recommend anyone in renting a simple life home.

When I called and spoke to James he was so helpful and really knew how to deal with me. I suffer with mental health and with the knowledge of possibly being homeless, James dealt with my situation professionally and calmly. Would highly recommend simple life. Always ask for James

Where there's a Will, there's a way...
I have recently moved into one of the Simple Life homes in Wolverhampton and we had a couple of maintenance issues that we raised, I spoke with Will today who was very professional and did an excellent job in chasing up these queries with the relevant departments to ensure that these are dealt with promptly. 5/5 stars for super customer service.

Pretty Useless
I've had multiple problems since moving into my new build flat with my "relationship manager" being absolutely useless, providing silly suggestions to problems i've endured. For the monthly amount for this apartment, i think they provide a shocking service. Wouldn't recommend to others.

Great viewing experience

Way faster than expected!
Moving house can be a headache, but Simple Life has made it surprisingly easy. The application was very intuitive, and the turnaround was way quicker than I thought it would be. James was great to deal with and managed to get us a viewing slot that actually worked for us, rather than making us jump through hoops. Really impressed with the service so far!
