Fast service and the cheapest price for my coat

I order a Life venture Expedition trek towel 150 but was sent an inferior and cheaper product.

Item did not match image or specification on website.

I also had to phone to have the postage refunded

Very poor service

Bought a pair of berghaus prognosis2 which arrived in two days. Fantastic service and great shoes. Bought them specifically for the Bob Graham round and they didn't disappoint. Good relatively stiff but extremely comfortable shoes. Would definitely recommend.

I did pay for next day delivery and it arrived on time. They were the best price online. I would recommend to my friends.

Ordered the centurio 45 after reading lots of reviews and a few days research, wanted a sack that does exactly what its says on the tin no silly pockets, no stupid zips and a tough bag this ticks all the boxes and more have tried with 20kg in the main compartment and pack is comfy also bought the mmps pockets and again well made and tough as coffin nails the service from simply hike is exceptional compared to other online retailers I've had several issues with rucksack arrived fast and efficiently will defiantly be using again

The site is really easy to use, the product videos are extremely helpful as you do not have the physical product in front of you and the prices are pretty unbeatable.

I think my opinion above says all there is to say, I bought a North Face product nearly £50 less than buying it directly and had it delivered in no time.

Very fast delivery time and gave me text updates with an accurate estimate for delivery. Product arrived in perfect condition. Simply hike were also the cheapest for the particular product that I purchased.

These are my 14 year old son’s words. We shared the tent in 3 parts across all three of us to spread the weight. I think we had the perfect size. Other teams had tents to big and heavy and others to small. We camped two nights in the hottest weekend of the year and the tent had a lot of condensation, but with no wind and 3 sweaty boys perhaps not such a surprise. On the second night one of us slept in the porch with the bags! The poles can be fiddly but this should become easier with practise.

Ordering was easy online. When I checked my Order Confirmation the following day, I had accidentally ordered the wrong size. I rang & although it said item was dispatched the lady said she would check with dispatch. Parcel was still there & was promptly changed to correct size & delivered to me within days.
Item wasn't suitable & when I emailed to check that return was received, I was quickly informed it was & within few hours refund was received.

I ordered a travelling rucksack and fleece from Simply Hike. I chose their site because they had the bag I wanted at an excellent price. Site is easy to use and navigate. Delivery was very quick and no hassle. Products as expected.

I don't have a bad word to say about how my order was processed or delivered. To begin with, I was able to find the Berghaus walking boots I was looking for at a really fair price, much lower than the high street. And the boots arrived within a couple of days, perfect condition. Best of all, I was actually kept informed of when they were dispatched, and given a very precise delivery time estimate by text, which meant I wasn't held up all day waiting for them. Very impressed, and would definitely recommend.
