Still not received a re fun promised a month ago and no response to the fact that only three items delivered but paid for four this latter issue is separate to the refund.

Slabs turned up very soft, with half the pack having cracks and corners missing out of a a pack of 48 22 had defects

Good and helpful Customer Service .I ordered 2 pallets of edging slabs at an agreed price. Authorised Delivery happened within a few days . Some slabs were damaged in transit but once ratified , Customer Service replaced them free of charge . Great service !

Really good, helpful team at Bradstone. When the slabs we wanted were not in stock, they helped choose a good alternative. They were really helpful - worth calling them after looking at the website.

Really good customer service, easy to order on line and arrange delivery and delivery was carried out with no hassle even though I'm situated in quite a tight cul de sac. I've used this company a few times and had the best service every time.

Great delivery and great slabs.

In my opinion thier concrete flags are rubbish, only fit for skiping ,they are different shades,half of what I had had got banding cracks,white blobs on them,there was up to 10ml difference in size .Mine were layed before I saw the problems, then lifted an new ones layed, an the flaming new one's were just as bad ,as the others,so rubbish. Wish I had never heard of Bradstone.

There was a problem with the carriers that was no fault whatsoever of Bradstone. However, Bradstone sorted it out for me in no time at all. All the the girls I spoke to about it were very friendly and helpful.

Really great service. Took a few days to arrive but communication was great including from the delivery agent and it arrived when advised. Would recommend.

Delivery Driver damaged my step with the pallet truck. I received a call earlier in the week and confirmed that it was kerb side delivery which was fine, this cannot have been passed on as he decided to put them on private property. I sent an email with the door bell footage and photos on the 10.04 and received a response saying that it was getting forwarded. I then emailed chasing this on 22.04 as I had received no update. Again I got a response saying that it had been forwarded - still no update received as of 11.05. Poor customer service after delivery as the product and communication before delivery were fine!

Good product delivered on time ,need to put them down now.

Good overhaul experience , I would have liked better communication on the delivery , it was only initiated when I contacted them.
When communication was returned , it was good.

Delivery of slabs was a problem for driver. 2 slabs had slipped off the side of the pallet and could not be moved easily. Also, several slabs have broken so not convinced of their strength.

Nice company to deal with, great customer service

Good quality slabs. Ordering and delivery were straightforward and timely.
Staff on phone were friendly and helpful. One small amount of damage. The 5 odd slabs were on a small separate pallet and while the top 4 were separated by polystyrene the bottom one was directly on the wood and was cracked into 3 pieces. Photo available.

not very helpful. made a late delivery. ruined my job time frame. very unhelpful. always someone elses fault
