Our salesman was awesome. He knew exactly what we wanted and helped us it.

The in-store staff were very knowledgeable, the delivery staff were fast and polite!

Adjustable frame is misaligned. We are told it will be replaced. Everything up until now has been good but I'll let you know when it gets fixed.

It was quick and easy. Delivery was within 24 hours, and the time to install was less than 30 minutes

The whole process was very good. Sales listened carefully and then made recommendations. Delivery was on time and very helpful to make sure we are happy. It was not of any interest how much we decided to spend and it took a few days to complete. The showroom was well stocked with a large amount of mattresses to test to find what we were looking for. We have had this bed for a year and it has stopped working. Thank goodness we bought a 4 year warranty. They sent someone to inspect it and the guy said it is no longer working. Duh. So we've been waiting 4 days now for the report so we can replace the crappy bed. That salesman sold us a defective bed. We think they knew it was broken. We won't EVER shop at sit and sleep for anything again. Both our backs are very bad and we don't need their TOP OF THE LINE garbage to cause us anymore pain. We paid $4,000 for a peice of junk. Now we're getting the run around.

They worked quickly and were very mindful of my home during the setup process. Both were incredibly kind, respectful, and clearly take pride in their work. Their diligence made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’m very grateful for their help and hope they receive the recognition they deserve.
