I was called by a customer service op to get me to agree a new deal but because I am deaf I asked if the deal could be agreed by email and I was told 'no'. I didn't realise Sky were so prejudiced

First class customer service
We dropped in to the Sky Stand in the Chantry Centre to discuss a switch to Sky Glass. Even though we turned up just 5 minutes before closing time, Thomas took his time to explain the products fully and help us navigate the best deal for us. His customer service was excellent - no hard sell tactics - and we were very pleased with the outcome. If only Sky’s call centre operatives were more like Thomas! Thank you.
