Mike was a great help at the Manchester…

Mike was a great help at the Manchester store.
After numerous issues with cancelled orders with no explanation and no clear help from previous advisors, he instead took the time to figure out what the issue was, helped me through solving it and was genuinely just a good person.

I’ve never experienced customer service…

I’ve never experienced customer service like this before! Jedir at the Arndale shop went above and beyond to make my visit memorable. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive, Jedir made sure I left with exactly what I needed—and with a smile on my face. Honestly, “wicked” doesn’t even begin to cover it! Highly recommend visiting this shop and asking for Jedir if you want top-notch service.

I recently bought an iPad Pro from Jedir at Sky Manchester, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel completely at ease—friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I needed.

Jedir went above and beyond to explain everything clearly, without any pressure or sales tactics. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood the features of the iPad Pro, and helped me feel confident in my purchase. It’s rare to come across someone so patient and dedicated to great customer service.

I’ve never been treated so well as a customer. If you’re visiting Sky Manchester, I highly recommend asking for Jedir—you won’t be disappointed!

Sky advisor sold me sky stream without my knowledge. I came in after a new phone and she said I would get phone but a sky stream arrived at my home. Sky advisor is Annette and I wouldn’t recommend

The adviser Jedir that I saw today was…

The adviser Jedir that I saw today was very helpful and he managed to reduce my monthly cost. He was very understanding as I had an autistic child with me.

Ayush also from sky advisor really helped me to understand my package and broke it.
