A first class star

I accidentally cancelled my sky tv, and Joe got me registered with acessability to get it back, and helped me recontract ajd make my bill cheaper. A star is born. A first class star representative for sky tv. Hes an asset. You should get him a coffee machine because customers always ask.

Joe was fantastic helping to update my whole package, tv, broadband and phone, he took the time to get me a great deal that I was happy with. He is the only reason I continue to be a sky customer because the sky call centre experience was horrendous and had me at the point of cancellation. Thanks Joe
