Henry and Tom from the cribbs causeway branch (bristol) were friendly, polite and explained the package brilliantly, couldnt be happier with my experience and cant wait to get sky sports loaded at the house! 10/10

Visited today to sort a new package and left a very happy bunny. Was helped by George and Craig and felt informed at all times. Not pressured or rushed. The store itself is clean and well presented.

Can’t fault sky at all - especially their team in this store. They helped my mother in law (who isn’t great with technology), find a great tv and broadband package (much more affordable than virgin), and explain it very efficiently and clear.

The lady who helped us (Lisa) was ever so friendly and personable - very lovely lady! She was really patient and found the perfect package that ticked every box - even convinced us to get the sky glass tv added.

The entire process from start to finish was flawless and couldn’t recommend her more! My fiancé and I also got our sky package at this store last year with a man named philip I believe - he was also fantastic.

Wouldn’t go anywhere else

TOM H Customer Service representative at Sky Cribs Causeway was excellent and his knowlege calmed the situation of a broken mobile screen. Tom helped me understand the process and made my situation easier for me. He set up the return to the workshop for me. Unfortunately the workshops service was questionable. The workshop that is independent to sky refused to fix the screen I escalated this to Craig the Store Manager at Cribs Causeway. Craig provided a reassuring service and suggested I go direct to Samsung in Bristol where the screen was replaced. Exceptional customer service and communication...

We had some problems in the phone so went into store and Lisa sorted everything out so easily and even helped us with extra thing! Absolute star! Couldn’t recommend enough

We were looked after by Tom (the Tom with the tattoos) and was first rate customer service from start to finish.

Understood what we had with our current package, explained about all the best bits of the new package we could opt for. There was full disclosure on potential price hikes, what we could get, what we might not want. Basically everything you would want. Would highly recommend.

Richard was lovely, spoke through lots of options and was very knowledgeable. He helped ease any worries we had. Would recommend 100%!

Tom was brilliant really understood what we needed and what our budget was, took his time to explain everything. Definitely recommend speaking to someone face to face and not on the phone.

Tom with tattoos was exceptional in his customer service; we agreed on a very good deal that benefited both parties. He was friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and knew his stuff. I highly recommend dealing with him; he will take care of you!
