Rubin has given excellent service really appreciate is professional dealing

Potter, my agent, was extraordinarily helpful not only when I started and got all the tickets to the various places I needed to go. He stayed with me making sure I had the seating and everything I needed. My plans had to change and he spent equal amount of time working with me to make sure that it all worked comfortably for me and was helpful for me in the refund from the other ticket and switching to the tickets I presently needed. He was a delight to spend time rearranging the tickets.

We have been working with Cartman G. for our travel arrangements and he did a great job! Due to health issues, we have had to cancel our trip and Cartman was also extremely helpful in obtaining our refund. Every step of the way, Cartman was available, friendly, and thorough.

I recently booked a ticket for my mother, who was travelling from India, through the agent Katana.

The ticket price was almost the same as what was shown on the Air India website, but I decided to book through the agent because I liked the way she communicated initially.

However, when my mother reached the airport for check-in, we found out that the ticket included only one checked bag. We had to pay an additional $300 at the last minute for the extra luggage. When I contacted Katana for help, she was not helpful and kept saying she was on vacation.

Since then, I have sent follow-up emails, but the agent has not responded.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service. The lack of clear information about baggage and poor follow-up support were very disappointing.

Avoid Simon S and Sky Lux Travel.

This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've had.

When we realized there could be an issue making our scheduled flight after our cruise, I contacted Simon first to find out what our options were. With what appeared to be very little effort, he simply replied that there were no seats available and that we would need to purchase brand-new tickets.

Not convinced, I called Air Canada directly. Within minutes, the airline representative found seats available on a later flight and explained that we could simply change our existing reservation by paying the applicable fare difference and change fee. There was no need to purchase entirely new tickets.

I relayed this information to Simon, who was then able to change flights for five members of our travel party for a total of **$931.10**.

However, for the remaining seven passengers who also needed to change flights, Simon sent a quote of **$1,985.72** to change only four of those passengers. That would have worked out to approximately **$3,475.01** to change all seven passengers.

Again, I called Air Canada directly. The airline was able to process the flight changes for all seven remaining passengers for a total of **$1,311.01**—more than **$2,100 less** than what Simon's quote would have cost.

I would have made all of the changes myself from the beginning, but because the reservation had been booked through Simon, only he was able to modify part of the itinerary. Ironically, the airline provided better guidance and significantly better pricing than the travel agent who was supposed to be advocating on our behalf.

What was even more disappointing was Simon's response when I questioned why we were being told to spend thousands more on new tickets. He replied:

> "Sure its your responsibility not mine flight confirmed and you receive it and you said you wanna change and there is no available seats.

> Please can you explain how it's my responsibility???"

This response came after we had specifically asked before our trip whether our original flight time would work with our cruise schedule and were assured that it would. Rather than acknowledging that or making any effort to help, Simon became defensive and refused to take any responsibility.

A travel agent's job is to provide knowledgeable guidance, advocate for clients, and help find the most practical and cost-effective solutions when travel plans change. Instead, we were given inaccurate information, quoted significantly higher costs than the airline itself, and ultimately had to do all of the research and problem-solving on our own.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Simon S or Sky Lux Travel.
