I bought a single bed from woucher. The bed is not as described or the same as the picture. Very misleading. Shouldn't be advertising false information. The bed is like a trampoline. Feel every spring and is cheaply made. The mattress iv thrown away is better made. Shouldn't have wasted my money on a load of rubbish. Please avoid and woucher please be aware. No offer of refund or anything. All I got was this is the same mattress. Total rubbish

I purchased a single mattress for my
9 year old son in December 2021.
15 months later all the shape has gone, it has a huge dip in the middle and all the edges are squashed.
He can no longer sleep on it.
He is a child so if this was used by an adult it would have lasted no time at all. Not what you expect when you buy a mattress.
I have contacted the company twice, sent proof of purchase, images of the mattress and they they failed to respond despite my efforts. No telephone number on their website unsurprisingly!!
Dreadful service, poor quality items. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

They do not cover the collection when requesting a refund if you have any sort of problem with the product bought (for example wrong size).

They are located in Manchester, so if you want to change or return the product because you are not satisfied with it, you need to find a courier and pay for it all the way to Manchester.

What kind of customer service is this???

I bought a Sleepyn product via Wowcher. Worst combo ever.

I bought a bed from these. The mattress collapsed. Had a replacement and that collapsed too. Messaged them on several occasions, only to be ignored. Had to buy a new one from a different company. Much better quality

I ordered a mattress via Wowcher. They sent the wrong product, and are refusing to resolve.

They claim that the mattresses have " "memory foam". There is no feel of same. A goldfish has more memory!!!!

As I write, they are refusing to collect (behaving illegally). They have told me I have to pay to return it. Why should I have tonpay fir their error, having already paid them £19.99 to send the wrong product.

I had purchased the a diva king sized bed from this company via Wowcher and upon seeing negative reviews on here I became scared that I may have made a bad purchase however I was surprised to receive my product almost identical to what was advertised. They also delivered earlier than expected which is a bonus point.

Bought a bed from this company through wowcher, bed was delivered today with no mattress, dismantled old bed and put it out then assembled the new divan with 4 drawer storage only to find out the bed was badly damaged and looks like irs been stapled together including the drawers , I've raised a complaint with wowcher but would never use this company again especially considering the bed would £700 roughly without wowcher discount ( I'll update if I have any luck getting the base changed or refunded )

Ordered via eBay, they sent the wrong item and offered a partial refund. Fine, all good.

About 45 days later, the bed sunk in and springs popped.

Seller refused a refund, offered a replacement, then went back and has refused to do anything.

Small claims court it will be involved as per 2015 consumer rights act.

I was so worried after reading some of the reviews after my purchase via wowcher but I was super impressed with the bed when it arrived and felt happy with the contact from customer services and the delivery men. It's important to respect others experiences but not let them stop you from missing out on great things. I found it helpful to by 18mm think wood boards 3foot in height and 4.3 inches wide(you need 2 pieces) which I placed on the base of the divan.the mattress is high quality and the base is strong but I feel safer with extra support

Like a lot of other customers I too bought a very inferior quality mattress from Sleepyn via GoGroupie voucher. No support whatsoever and dipped in the middle after a couple of weeks. Springs could be felt when lying on it. I complained and because 30 day refund period had elapsed, all they could offer is a replacement. Who wants to have to pay to dispose of 2 inferior quality mattresses!! I have learned an expensive lesson. £119 + £19.99 Delivery charge. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

What an a absolute joke of a company, my 5 year old nephew could probably do a better job! I ordered a bed which was meant to arrive on 01/07, I then got an email on the morning of the delivery day to say the driver had called in sick and this would be rescheduled for 02/07. On 02/07 the driver did manage to arrive at my address however as I live in a flat, they did not even bother to call me or buzz my flat, I then receive an email to say delivery failed as I was not at home when I was, waiting for my delivery. This had then been rescheduled for 07/07, so I was at home again waiting for my delivery, I get another email to say this has been rescheduled again to 08/07. So today the driver called me to go downstairs to collect my bed, and then asked me what bed I had ordered, surely he should already know and have this information if he is the delivery driver? After I had told him what bed I had ordered, he told me the bed was not even loaded up on the van. I do not understand how a company can get it so wrong, anyone with a brain will know to do a stock check once the van has been loaded, but clearly this company does not even know how to run a business. I would like to request an immediate refund as I have no faith in this company at all!

They delivered the wrong sized mattress for my divan. Wanted pictures to prove this. 2 weeks later I'm still trying to get a replacement. Don't be fooled by the price of these beds priced 600-700 on Wowcher very poor standard, flimsy and cheap fittings. Buyer beware.

We bought a bed from Wowcher and were pleased.

I had contacted Sleepyn to ask some questions and Serenas prompt response made the process smoother.

We were given a tracker and delivery was perfect.

My niece purchased what she thought was a memory foam mattress, after the birth of her baby. It’s the worst sleep she’s ever had, springs ping as you turn i will Be calling this morning for a return.. avoid the company it’s appalling quality

Mattress was good for about a week then it dipped!! Me and my partner have had bad back since we bought this bed!

I read the other reviews to late. I ordered a memory foam mattress and it is a waste of money, it's like sleeping on a sponge. My old mattress was at least firmer than that. The best thing was the delivery it was quick but what's the point of having good delivery when the product is of poor quality nothing like the picture, false advertising to me. Please if you read the reviews DON'T buy, avoid at all cost,times are hard for everyone no one can afford to buy inferior products.

Brought a bed off them thru eBay…..delivered on time by a very punctual/helpful driver. 2 weeks later the mattress started dipping and sank each side we slept. Messaged them,they asked for photos and then agreed to send a replacement which arrived again with a very punctual/helpful different driver.
2 weeks later same happened again so messaged sent pics and they agreed to send replacement which they did on time with a very helpful driver…….the same problem had happened to 3rd mattress but this time I’ve asked to upgrade and pay extra or get a refund and they’ve refused both. All they will do I replace but I want a good quality mattress that won’t sink. Obviously Bedbusters don’t do such a mattress so please avoid.

Ordered 2 single beds from these via wowcher. Delivered mismatching coloured headboards. The customer service line is a joke, nobody answers. Watch out for the drivers too....our one very sneakily took a picture of me inside my living room while I wasn't looking. As far as I'm aware, taking pictures of someone on private property without consent is illegal. Avoid at all costs

Bought a bed from this place last year in June, what a absolutely disgrace of quality and the prices they charge for the bed are bad, once I received the bed had to get in contact with them as the drawers was broken, staples was sticking out everywhere, the mattress was ripped, they replaced all of the bed with the same poor quality, as had to take the thing to the tip and get a new bed, I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star but it wouldn’t let me give a review, please everyone avoid this place if you need a new bed

AVOID!!! Bought via wowcher.
Delivery guy went to wrong address!! Called him he refused to come back saying he was on motorway. Needed bed urgently. Sent email no reply, called them to be told i need another date and they won't refund delivery charge.
Terrible service and hard to resolve issues... AVOID!!
