Delivered a mattress without the vents or handles as was described in the ad. They refused to bring the mattress up to my door, instead they made me try and carry it up 2 flights of stairs on my own without prior notification. I understand the restrictions with covid, however this doesn't stop them entering the communal part of the building. They tried offering me free pillows, even though they confirmed they knew the machine to create the handles wasn't working, but they still have the bed advertised on wowcher.
Disgusting company!

Ordered a mattress through Wowcher, a bit nervous after reading the reviews. Very pleased with their service, the mattress came within a few days whereas on ordering I was told it could be up to 3 weeks. Good quality, exactly as described. Only problem I had was with delivery - it was a whole day slot and I was told (by email) that I would receive a three hour time slot on the day. This did not happen and the mattress arrived during the early evening, after we had had to wait in all day. On contacting them, I was told they did not have a phone number for me so they were unable to narrow down the time slot. But they could have notified me by email, as before, or at least asked for a contact phone number in a previous email! Apart from that, all good.

WARNING....DO NOT BUY beds from this company. They also sell on Amazon and Wowcher and Ebay. Their main head office is The bed Factory in Yorkshire..disgraceful quality

Absolutely disgusted by the quality.. corner drawers all broken and bent...drawers don't align ( nothing to do with delivery I may add).

Backings on bases are just stapled in and half backing falling off and ripped. Baes so poorly built and material is uneven and just glued in corners haphazardly.

Items were missing to put together headboard. If I could show you photos you would run a mile as looks like a child built this on a school project... even then Im sure it would be better.

There are much better value bed manufacturers out there charging similar prices but with excellent quality🤬

Better still pay more and get the better quality.

Purchased a king size bed from wowcher everything is on point can't fault the company at all.. only down side is they don't seem to have enough staff with a lone delivery driver turning up fully loaded with beds. Felt so sorry for the chap.
7/10 would be 10/10 if two of them turned up to safe Handel the goods.

Will All The bad reviews on here I was sceptical to order. I took the risk and I couldn't be more pleased. I bought via wowcher after ordering I had an email stating when my bed would be delivered. Day before delivery date I had a tracking link in which I could track the delivery van through out the delivery day. A rough estimate of time was given to me when it would be delivered. Delivery man was polite and helpful. Quality of the bed is excellent and mattress. Would definitely order again with out hesitation!

When the bed arrived the delivery driver dropped 3 or 4 headboards off of the van and one snapped as the others fell on top. Luckily it was not my headboard. When i unwrapped them i found that the mattress that i ordered was different to the one that arrived. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and the beds drawers are cheap and feel like they will break as soon as somthing is added to them.

I ordered a bed from them and I had a message from them saying they had delivered it but no-one
was home. I was home but as I am quite difficult to find I sent a message with my phone number to call me when he arrived. They said the driver would phone me when he was half an hour away and he had 3 deliveries and I was the third. I phoned again at 7.30 and got an answer phone message saying they were closed till Monday. In future I will look at trust pilot before I buy anything and I certainly won't be buying from Slepyn

Avoid, Avoid,Avoid, i ordered a bed from them in December 2019, it was made from the worst fabric the the cheapest wood ever, anyhow it took me 9 months to have them to come pick up the bed from my house, the courier didn't speak a word of English, he asked if he could throw the bed out of the window I then carried the rest of the furniture and mattress down the stairs, it was scheduled for a replacement I didn't want the replacement so I sent the old bed back with the courier and did not have any of their property I asked for my money back they wouldn't give it because the courier stole my old bed and took the new one in he's van God knows where? On the tracking information it says successfully delivered, I have been robbed by their courier and the company is supporting their courier, bunch of thieves.

One of there delivery vans drove in to my car whilst delivering to my neighbour nearly a month ago and they've wasted so much of my time by asking to get quotes saying they will get it repaired and now they won't pay.
They don't reply to emails or calls, and looking at reviews it looks like its the same even if your one of there customers.

I bought our bed from Wowcher and stupidly read the reviews after. I was so so nervous thinking “oh god what have I done” I was so worried. So the day they gave me for delivery comes and they text me a time slot so I’m sat by the window anxiously waiting, and then it arrives on time! So that’s one worry ticked off. It’s just one man delivering but he was helpful and well mannered, helped us get it into the house, theres 2 of us here so we didn’t need help getting it upstairs. I checked the bed over before we took it up and it was all fine, a couple staples sticking out a little, but a quick hammer and that was solved. Not a mark on the fabric or anything, Bed was lovely & exactly what we ordered. Headboard came with everything, mattress was exactly as pictured, the cool touch orthopaedic mattress feels pretty sturdy.
Does it feel high quality? Not really, but you get what you pay for. If you’re going to buy a cheap £200 bed it’s not going to be the same as a £800 bed is it?
We bought a king size bed/mattress/headboard and paid under £300 and for that price it does the job & is pretty decent. It’s not going to last years and years, but buy cheap buy twice as they say.

Reading these reviews put me off the company but our experience with them has only been good, no complaints here.

Be careful of this company. They sell under numerous names. Sleepyn and BedbustersUK, god knows what else. They sell on eBay, Amazon, Wowcher and various other platforms. They are a disgrace.

I ordered a bed in June 2020. Delivered in July 2020 defective and not as I ordered it. They agreed to send me a replacement and take away the old one. They arranged this four times and all four times did not turn up. Eventually I said I wanted a refund and for them to collect the defective bed but they told me I've gone over my 30 day money back guarantee.

Thankfully I ordered through PayPal who refunded me in full but this was ongoing for 12 weeks. The company is a disgrace.

Cant believe all tge negative feedbacks this company has. As I was very impressed with my whole order and delivery. They came at 8.30 in the morning as they text me first to say the time slot they would be coming to me. The delivery driver was really nice. I checked everything before it went upstairs mainly because I'd read so much bad feedback I wanted to know 100% that it was the right bed which it was. Fir an extra charge he took my old bed away which i was really happy about as otherwise I would of had to get my local council to come and take it for a more expensive charge. When we opened the packaging the bed was in and it was exactly what I'd ordered. In actual fact better than i expected. The bed was lovely and really comfortable and had the best nights sleep iv had in ages.So for all the bad reviews the company has im leaving an excellent one and would definitely use this company again.

Disgusting scammers ordered two beds through Wowcher with them! Sons came (which didnt even match with fixings so my boyfriend managed to sort something and make it sleepable), my daughters they 'forgot'. They have since forgotten twice (do not accept when I won't be at my mum's office at certain times so don't deliver), delivered two ripped and dirty beds where they have been dragged!!!!!! One left in my doorway of my flat sandwiched after being dragged though the rainy pavement hence I will not have them deliver here again! I have picture evidence of all this. It has been 4 months and my little girl is still without a bed on mattress. I went to get a refund as it was through wowcher which seems just as hard! Also I wanted matching!!! As a single mother who doesn't have much and just wanted a nice bedroom for her children I am beyond upset. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Can’t give a 0 star or I would. Trade under the name bedbustersUk/Sleepy n/ sleep factory and any other name they use. Customer service isn’t too bad but they do take a while to answer their phones. When I did get through I did find them helpful. First issue was our delivery date was the Wednesday but they did call Us to say they had issues with the Van and we’d get it the next day. The 1st delivery driver absolutely appalling and spoke no English. He went to the wrong address and despite being told by us and by members of the public who he got to ring us he decided to go home and told me to call office the next day. We were left again with no bed and sleeping on the floor on our old mattress. I contacted the office the next day and got an apology and they would put our correct address for the driver and tell them to contact us prior to delivery to say they are on the way. Delivery could not be rearranged for another week so we waited and the customer service answered our emails and assured us that everything would be ok. Friday came and the driver apologised firstly for the last one we had then he said that our headboard had not been loaded onto the van. When asked when it would be delivered he simply said we can give you £20 discount but did not offer to deliver it separately on another day. We told him to leave it what use is the bed without the headboard. Straight away we rang the office and asked for a refund straight away. They again were helpful and as we ordered through wowcher Sent the relevant message to them to process the refund. Wowcher are awful for allowing so many companies on their site with awful reviews.

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE. Their customer service is HORRID and they managed to deliver my bed wrong twice !! I mean how is that even possible ??

Terrible company! Awful customer service, goods are not of merchantable quality at all. Our goods arrived wrong at first after waiting for such a long time, the second delivery arrived almost three weeks later and was dented, damaged and filthy. Sleepyn refuse to take any responsibility for the their disgusting behavior and are ignoring all communication, which is still on-going. Do not buy anything from Sleepyn.

Awful company
Waited 6 weeks for delivery, to receive a damaged bed, and no one is answering calls or emails. Currently trying to get money back through the bank. The delivery company they used was mishandling parcels and dragging heavy items across the floor where there should be two drivers not one!! Prob why my bed was damaged!!!! Avoid like the plague!!!!

Customer service is shocking.
Communication within the team seems limited.
When you ring no one answers, when you try to rearrange delivery (within 24hours of the date they have given you) via email, they fail to do this.
