Ordered through EBAY ( They’re known as BedBustersUK), took the day off from work as was told it will be a ‘Day Slot 8am-7pm’ and no one has appeared till 9pm. The delivery driver ever so kindly took a photo of MY HOUSE, he didn’t knock or attempt to let us know he was there before running off with the bed I’ve ordered. Thankfully caught this all and his registration plate on three SECURITY CAMERAS outside the front of the house, and will be sending all the footage and invoices to trading laws and EBAY, for a full refund. Please don’t make the same mistake Ive done by ordering through this company.

Crap service a day late on delivery then only tried giving me 1 bed when orderd 2 and not only that 2 different beds joke

Wife bought a bed through wowcher .. few months later draw collapses and matteres give you a delayed ping when you turn over or get up .. the bed is flimsy and poorly put together.. anyway a few months waiting for them to sort it out and a phone call to trading standards they replaced the bed today 05/10/21 with the same poorly built rushed bed and the same cheap mattress and to make matters worse opening the first base and low and behold a stray staple on show just above the draw very poor quality bed . And to top it off the delivery driver was the most vile ignorant unhelpful person I have ever met in my life everything just dumped in the drive .. disgusting company

Bed arrived damaged, staples attached everywhere on the material of the bed/headboard. Really shoddy materials and workmanship. Save your money... buy cheap, buy twice!

Very bad delivery , sent me a double when I ordered a king a and tried to get me to keep it ! Driver said all the deliveries are wrong ! Mattress is fine, headboard is a mess, upholstered terribly, struts are poor and snapped ! One drawer is broken , not fit for purpose , very poorly made bed , basically completely stappled together. Shame because the appearance is lovely but has caused more trouble than it’s worth trying to re fix the head board constantly has scratched and damaged the wall it’s up against. Would not recommend

Bought a mattress from bedbustersuk through Ebay. Comfortable, good value. 10 months later a problem appeared - one message to Bedbusters brought an immediate offer of a replacement. Very impressive and very friendly customer service. Very good seller who I would use again any time!

Ordered single bed with mattress and headboard for guest bedroom from Wowcher site. I was a bit worried as I read the reviews on here. There was a few staples sticking out from the base, which I hammered back in place. The bed was not over priced so this I can over look this. The two drawers are fine.
Attaching the headboard to the bed is nightmare, no instructions screws inside the drawer, only found this out when I rang customer service. No I instructions came with bed. Not impressed a lot my time wasted trying to attach the headboard. Fed up !
Will not be buying a bed from these people again !

AVOID. Also trade under the names bedbustersuk & the sleep factory. Ordered via eBay, was given a delivery date and the bed didn't turn up. Contacted them to be told they'd rescheduled for nearly a week later. Bed finally arrived, poor quality & different to pictures. Asked to return the bed for a full refund, gave me a date & I've been let down, yet again.

I've ordered a Super king size bed, was delivered within a week. Unfortunately, the headboard wasn't the right colour so I contacted customer services represented by Lauren Walton, who has been absolutely helpful with prompt response, arranged for my headboard to be swapped and offered a set of memory foam pillows.

Was really worried about this company reading negative reviews. I made the rookie error of purchasing before doing my research. I bought the bed from wowcher and immediately redeemed the voucher. I was sent an email a day later confirming that delivery was going to be a few days before the original delivery date. On the day of delivery, I received a text giving me a 3 hour time slot. The bed was delivered to a good standard, and I am really impressed with the quality of the bed. It’s really comfy and looks beautiful.

Bed due today, they turned up and apparently the bed frame wasn't on the van just the mattress. Was told they are on phone to the office to find out when it will be redelivered. Absolute joke it really is. Now waiting on a call from them.

Bed has just arrived, I have 18 photos of the poor damage on every part of the bed. Waiting to hear back from customer service

If you want a bed that's shabby built with a 1001 staples holding the materials in place (even down to the packaging literally being stapled to the actual bed itself) poor screw holes for fixtures, and mattresses that look nothing like the big fluffy ones shown then this is your go to bed. Brought off gogroopie, bed should of originally been in the £600's if I'd paid that i would of personally carried it on my back straight back to them.
I'd say avoid. Cheaply made, bashed together. Can buy better quality for the price your paying

The beds look great on photos but the quality is extremely poor.
I ordered a king size velvet bed with 4 drawers. Both back drawers are faulty and there are no tracks so both drawers constantly fall out of place (even with nothing or very little inside) and is a nightmare to reassemble, especially when you have do this multiple times per night on both sides. The diamanté positioning is all over the place and completely uneven.
I’ve asked Sleepyn for a refund but they are refusing this even though I’ve sent them photographs clearly displaying the faults. Wowcher are just as awful and useless and they keep passing blame onto one another.
Finally, their chosen courier was extremely rude and aggressive upon delivery. They came at the wrong time, even though they had a very wide window for delivery and when they did come, but not at the time they said they would, they began to almost verbally assaulting me on the phone - I also raised this issue with Sleepyn but they have ignored this altogether.
If I receive an update or fair resolution from Sleepyn (or wowcher), I will happily update my review to reflect whether or not the outcome to the complaint I’ve made was fair - if there is no update, this means that they have chosen to ignore my genuine complaint.

I ordered my bed through wowcher and I then decided to read the reviews and it really worried me because of how bad some were but my experience was nothing alike the previous reviews! My bed came within 4 working days of ordering, came wrapped really good making sure there was no damage and was easily to assemble!

wrote before bought super king got the mattress,after it arrived had to wait 24 days for base to be adapted nothing to do with SLEEPYN so couldn't use mattress
Used mattress for 6-7 days wrote to sleepyn because the bed sunk 25mm where me and wife lay so dip each side. We aren't large 13 stone, they would replace but not refund money as over 30 days so getting them to send another in case the mattress was faulty.
So not looking good
Will up date on the next one

I ordered a superking size crushed velvet divan with mattress off wowcher. And I read reviews after I bought it, which was the worst thing I could do as I started to panic and thinking 'what have I done?' It was meant to be originally delivered on Tues 9th Feb and it didn't turn up (I did have to remember that I had chosen to order it when we were having snow and awful weather). So I called customer service the next morning, got through to them straight away and the girl was so lovely and helpful! She was so apologetic and rebooked the delivery for the Saturday and sent me confirmation emails and text. I got a call the day before from them to confirm the delivery. On the Saturday i got a call from the driver 10mins beforehand and when it was delivered he was very helpful and helped carry it to my door (I would never expect him to bring it in due to covid) the bed is in great condition and for the £350 that I paid for it all im over the moon. The mattress is amazing and both me and my partner can sleep on it with plenty of space and have an amazing night sleep. Such a shame about the poor reviews, yes it didn't arrive on time for me, however we are in the middle of a pandemic and the weather didn't help.

Disgusting company!!! DO NOT BUY!!! Terrible from the start. Messed up my delivery of my mattress. Then offered memory foam pillows as compensation. After calling them more than 6 times to chase it up! The are NOT MEMORY FOAM! They were also delivered stinking of damp and mould! The mattress I bought is horrendous!! The springs are poking through the top. It’s nothing like the picture or as described. Unusable! (Cool Blue Memory Matress) Huge headache to get a refund and the customer service is shocking. Avoid them. I bought through EBay and they’re also on Amazon and go by Sleep Factory!
