Another good experience!

My second pair from SmartBuy. From ordering from Hong Kong to my door in 7 days. Pretty impressive! When I buy locally it always takes 2-3 weeks at twice the price. I don’t mind paying a little more to support a local outlet but the difference is unacceptable considering the product probably originates from the same factory. Oh yeah, the glasses were perfect.

Brilliant service!

My order arrived super fast. Unfortunately the glasses where not to correct fit. I emailed customer service & Sachiko provided detailed instructions to return. I opted To exchange for a different frame (rather than refund) & the new frames where sent & difference was credited to me. Simply a perfect shopping experience.
