Amazing service, very accommodating and quick. Dan was extremely helpful and quick in his response to my emails which reassured me that I will get my machine repaired in a timely manner. Thank you very much!

My coffee machine stopped working again. Support from SMEG was very good, they arranged for it to be collected, and had it repaired under warranty. Only downside is you have to contact customer services via email and I couldn’t always reply directly to their responses, which made it a bit of a faff and take several days longer than needed.

I found their email address on their website. Email them requesting a wiring diagram. Daniel responded incredibly quickly with exactly what I needed.

We’ve recently had a problem with our smeg bean-to-cup coffee machine and I cannot fault the service we have received. After sending a video of the fault, the machine was collected by courier, fixed and returned in perfect working order the following week. We were helped and kept informed throughout the process by Dan who I cannot praise enough!

Our Bean 2 Cup Smeg coffee machine developed a fault - flashing light if the coffee tray was fully pushed in. Very weird. They arranged pickup, fixed it, and got it back to us very quickly. Thanks to Matt and Dan for their efficient help!
