I recommend this clinic to everyone. I visited the clinic on May 26th. I found the entire team very welcoming; they treated me as if they knew me for years. The boss is a fantastic person—he is very personable, kept checking to see if I was okay, and was truly attentive. It’s been nearly three months since the procedure, and the results are already visible; new hair has started to grow in. It’s really great. I am very happy with my choice. I’d like to thank the whole team at the clinic.

Crooked Hairline, Un-Grafted Gap, and Zero Accountability...
Getting a hair transplant is a massive step, and I booked their Platinum Package trusting their medical team implicitly. Instead, it turned into an absolute nightmare.
On Day 2, when my bandages were removed, one of their doctors noticed my hairline was completely crooked. They attempted an immediate on-the-spot revision, but botched it—leaving a glaring, un-grafted bare gap on my frontal hairline. I trusted them as professionals and assumed it was normal, only realizing the full extent of the damage once I returned home to the UK.
When I brought the gap to their attention, they casually told me to "pop in" for a touch-up, expecting me to pay for international flights and hotels so they could make a third attempt on my head. I refuse to risk letting this clinic anywhere near my scalp ever again.
When I stood my ground, they claimed I should have complained while still in Turkey. To this day, I have received zero accountability or viable solutions—only endless stalling. They claimed they were conducting an internal review, but missed multiple written deadlines they set themselves.
If they reply below asking to talk, know that they missed every written deadline before I posted this.
Protect your hair, your money, and your sanity: stay away
UPDATE (In Response to Clinic Reply):
The clinic’s reply confirms my concerns rather than addressing them:
False Claim of a "Planned" Procedure: I never agreed to or booked a second procedure during my visit. While a secondary session in the distant future was mentioned as a generic option, I was explicitly assured the primary operation would produce a complete hairline.
The Gap & Travel Burden: A distinct, linear gap in the hairline is caused by missing grafts, not temporary swelling. Expecting me to fund international flights and hotels back to Istanbul for a third attempt on my scalp in a matter of months is not a reasonable solution.
Delayed Files: Citing "summer leave" as an excuse for repeatedly missing deadlines to provide my requested case files and information is unacceptable for a international medical facility.
No Accountability: Asking me to "wait" while delaying my files prevents me from seeking independent care. A truly solution-oriented clinic would release my complete, unredacted medical records immediately so UK specialists can assess the damage.

My experience with the hair transplant…
My experience with the hair transplant clinic was excellent from start to finish. When I arrived at the airport, the clinic provided transportation to take me directly to my hotel and later to the clinic, which made the entire process convenient and stress-free. The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and I felt well taken care of during my stay. Everyone at the clinic was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional, and they made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. The staff was easy to work with, answered all of my questions, and made the experience much smoother than I expected. Overall, I had a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone considering a hair transplant and looking for a professional and welcoming experience.

The best clinic!
12 months into my transplant and I could not be happier. Still to this day I am getting many compliments on how good my hair looks, with some friends and family not even realising that I’d even had one.
When I look back on my experience with smile hair clinic I could not be happier, from start to finish they have been absolutely amazing. They take so much pride and passion in what they do, and the care they have for their patients is incredible. I would and have recommended them to anyone, and everyone because they are wonderful!
Still 12 months on they are checking in with me and ensuring that if I still need anything I can contact them. I’m so happy I finally plucked the courage to get a hair transplant, and I’m so glad it was Smile Hair Clinic that I chose!

A very good experience at the clinic
A very good experience at the clinic. The doctor was very kind and took the time to assess my needs and provide a personalized treatment plan. The surgical team was very efficient. There was a very helpful translator who greeted me and explained the procedure. The clinic also provided a very well-written guide to post-operative care. The hotel was very comfortable and the driver was punctual. I highly recommend it. I'm now waiting to see the results.

What I appreciated most was how they explained every step of the process. It made me feel completely at ease during the surgery instead of anxious.
Special mention to Pelin, my patient specialist — her follow-up after the surgery was excellent. She answered all my questions in detail and was always there when I needed her.
I'll update this review once I see my final results in 6-9 months, but so far the whole experience has been excellent. Highly recommend Smile Hair Clinic if you're considering a hair transplant.

I had had a hair transplant in Germany before, but they had done a bad job. So I searched for a very good company to fix it and I saw that one of my favourite YouTubers had been at Smile Hair Clinic and the result looks great. Just to be safe I booked the most expensive package. Most of the communication was done via WhatsApp. At the airport I found the man with the sign (“CEO …”) across the street. The shuttle picked me up about 15 minutes later. The hotel was nice. The operation was done perfectly and even quite fast. They put the grafts exactly where I wanted them. Everything was far better than what I had experienced before. I even got a lunch there. The next day we were brought to the clinic where we were shown some instructions and they gave us medication and liquids. Then a shuttle took me to the airport. Everything was well organised.

I had an amazing experience with Smile Clinic for my beard transplant. From the very beginning, the entire team was professional, supportive, and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
A special thank you to my case manager, Meltem, who was outstanding throughout the entire journey. She guided me through every step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed at all times.
I have hemophilia, and several other clinics were unwilling to perform the procedure because of my condition. From the first time I contacted smile hair, they were really efficient, went through everythink really clearly, there was a month before I flew out they kept in touch throughout, when I got there transfers were in touch with really easy instructions, then service from the hotel and back every time I visited the clinic, always on time and kept up to date, I was nervous for the procedure as I’m from the uk doesn’t sure about the language barrier but everything was explained to me as I went through it felt really comfortable and it was a really smooth procedure, back home after three days, and really impressed with how smooth they run everything will definitely recommend and go back if I ever need future grafts
