I had a bit of hair loss over the last 5 years , so I decided to get a hair transplant. I searched the web multiple times and decided to try Smile, due to all the positive feedback and reviews. Everything went smoothly and perfectly, like I read in the reviews and saw on YouTube.Their team were all very kind and helpful from the preparation to the end. There were no scams or hidden fees. They answered all my questions from the beginning to the end via WhatsApp. The most important is the final result. It came out great! About 2 years later, and I'm very pleased. Also, the hotel packages are amazing. If your considering to getting it done, I totally recommend 😊 Smile! They live up to the name.

Was nervous and uncertain going into it but the process was smooth and the doctors make you feel comfortable and at ease. The arrival process is pretty quick you fill out some forms and before long your on the chair ready to go. The hotel they put you up in was really nice. The donor area and my transplanted area healed really well. They give you a goody bag with all the creams etc to maintain it afterwards. A year on and I’m very happy with my results. I used to hate looking in the mirror but now it’s not even a second thought. I’d advise anyone thinking about it to just go for it you won’t regret it.

From the moment I booked my surgery date, I witnessed Smile Hair Clinic's commitment firsthand. They were attentive to every detail of the hair transplant process from the very beginning. On December 25, 2024, I scheduled the surgery for April 2, 2025, and during that time, there were no setbacks or price changes. Everything went exactly as promised. They answered all my questions. They arranged all my internal transfers in Istanbul: from the airport to the clinic, to the hotel, and back again. The recovery timelines were exactly as they explained, and the results are incredible. After almost 17 months since the transplant, I am beyond happy with the results. In fact, I started noticing a difference as early as the second month, and since then, it's been nothing but a win. I am so grateful for the professionalism of the Smile Hair Clinic staff and I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants to restore their hair. I give them five stars because I can't give them more. Thank you!

Very positive experience
It was my second procedure at the Smile Clinic, the doctors where different but they were just as kind and professional as the first time. The clinic is very modern and the staff is very friendly and helpful, they explained me everything I needed to know both before and after my surgery. The procedure was quicker than I expected (about 3 hours) and the doctors and assistants were very kind and always checked on me and made sure I was doing fine. I was given a bag with all the medical tools and medicines I will need in the next few days after the surgery. I really recommend Smile Clinic to anyone thinking about getting a hair transplant.

Eyebrow Transplant 20024 and Revision 2026
I had my original eyebrow transplant with Dr. Firdavs Ahmedov on September 2024 and a revision to it on May 2026. The revision was to slightly reshape it and implement some grafts that did not grow in from the original transplant.
The staff was very kind.
The doctor did a superb job and I would highly recommend this facility to anybody. It might be more expensive than some other facilities in Turkey but it is well worth it.

I traveled from Los Angeles to Istanbul…
I traveled from Los Angeles to Istanbul for a hair transplant and chose Smile Hair Clinic based on the strong reviews I saw from many well-known people. I’m really glad I did. I contacted them via WhatsApp, went with the Platinum package, and only had to pay for two nights ($250) upfront for confirmation — the rest was paid at the clinic. They handled everything else after my flight: airport pickup, hotel drop-off, and daily transportation. On surgery day, I arrived at 10am and was finished by 6pm with 3750 grafts. The staff was extremely professional and friendly throughout the design, extraction, and implantation phases. The doctor was personally involved in the design and final implantation. I felt almost no pain after the initial numbing injections and even took a nap and watched a movie during the procedure. They provided lunch, took before-and-after photos the same day, and made the whole experience comfortable. The next day they changed my bandages, gave me a full two-week care kit, medications, detailed washing instructions, and a helpful manual. They dropped me at the airport and have stayed in regular contact since. At the two-week mark, they checked my progress, guided me on removing scabs, and have a full follow-up schedule at 1, 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. So far, their care and professionalism have been outstanding. I’m looking forward to seeing the final results between months 9–12, but I already feel confident I made the right choice with Smile Hair Clinic. Highly recommended!

It’s been 12 months since my Transplant with Smile Hair Clinic & I can honestly say it’s been completely worth it. The team is great to communicate with beforehand and very reassuring. I traveled from the UK and the whole process was seamless from start to finish and the customer service was amazing. The hotel and transport was 5 stars too. The procedure went very well and the post-op communication from the team was brilliant. They’ve kept in touch with me over the past 12 months consistently and answered any questions I may have had while keeping an eye on my progress.
